1 rôti de porc (échine) 1kg2
2 c à s de sucre roux
1 c à c de cumin
1 c à c d'ail en poudre
1 c à c de paprika
2 gouttes de tabasco
Sel et poivre
Huile d'olive
Gratin dauphinois cuit au four à bois:
1kg5 de pomme de terre
1 c à c d'ail en poudre
30 cl de crème liquide
Sel poivre
Muscade
30 g de beurre
1 l de lait
50 g de gruyère râpé

C'est mon rêve d'avoir un vrai four de bois comme le votre.... C'est la 1 ère chose que je ferai quand je déménagerai à la Ciotat le printemps prochain 😊😊 la viande avais l'aire succulante. Un grand bravo pour les deux recette
