Actor Johnny Depp is suing ex-wife Amber Heard for $50 million for defamation in connection with Heard’s 2018 Washington Post op-ed, in which she spoke out about being the victim of domestic violence. Heard’s article did not specifically name Depp as her alleged abuser, but according to Depp’s lawsuit, it relied “on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her.” Amber Heard is counter-suing Depp.

Where was the questions of domestic and sexual abuse. This is what it’s mainly all about and ambers lawyers keep asking about drugs and alcohol mainly. They know he’s not an abusive man.

Soo many previous partners spoke out for Johnny and said that he was never - not a single time - abusive to them that Amber Turd's lawyers had to call some lady with whom he had a short relationship 28-years-ago, to testify that she heard him refer to his assistant as "pig", apparently when that assistant wasn't even around and saw him throw a bottle at nobody. That is what desperation looks like.

@@insigniamalignia She has *never* said that he used it as a "nickname" nor that he said it when the guy was around. So context is key. If he called him that as a nickname, I believe that would be inexcusable and almost as bad as the fact that Amber has spat in her assistant's face. But it would be very out of character for Johnny Depp to do such a thing. If he said something like "that pig has ...." to his friend, complaining about that guy, then I am not going to throw the first stone.

So then... he never threw a wine bottle at her. He threw it at a group of people that was around her general area that he was having a fight with. That's a lot different than those trying to make headlines as if he threw the bottle AT HER as if they were fighting, when in reality he did not. So Depp threw a bottle at other people he was fighting with, she was in the area, the bottle was not thrown at her directly, and she doesn't know why he threw the bottle.
