This program is working. I'm on day 3 and the swelling is almost gone. My ankle still hurts but not like it did on day 1 which was extremely painful. I'm also able to walk a little on it but most of my weight is on the other foot which is actually awesome because I wasn't able to step on my sprained ankles until a week later in the past. I can't wait to see how I feel on day 7.
