So looking forward to Series 2 although 3 is my favourite. As for his disappointment in Wales, I think that's a normal thing when as an adult you return to a much-loved place from your childhood. His memory of it seems to be about the freedom of the summer holidays, being out all day every day with kids you only see once a year and this cannot be replicated as an adult.

The concept for this series is just pure genius. The idea, selection of "victim" i.e. Karl and the torture he gets put through is comedy gold.
