Doing this for 10 days!! Current weight: 60kg Target: 55-50kg Day 1: ✅ First day was very tiring, i felt tired after 20 minutes but pushed myself to keep going! Day 2: ✅ second day done! i was sweating a LOT this time, i can feel the pain in my legs but keep going!! Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Please like by remding me!!

Today I got bullied at school for being overweight and I was really heartbroken about that and I was already uncomfortable about my weight for a long time. Now I'll be a better version of myself. It is time to change. I have a pear-shaped body(The thigh and hips areas are bulky). Starting from today Weight rn- 77.1 kg and my goal is to 55kg Height - 5.5 ft I'll be consistent and will check my weight after a week. Day 1 ✅- I gave my blood sweat and tears. Day 2 ✅-Done Day 3 ✅-skipped Day 4 ✅-Done Day 5 ✅- Done Day 6 ✅-Done( My body feels so light and i can already see the difference) Day 7 ✅- Done ( 74 kg rn) Day 8-9✅- Done Day 10-14✅-Done My current weight is 70kg. (Plz motivate me by leaving some comments. I've to show them how good I look. And one thing, those who bullied me were my close friends also my nickname is Pig Punky at school).

I've been doing this for 7 months(and still counting) and it helped me loose 20kg Weight: 80.6kg - 60kg Waistline: 42" - 29" BMI: 28.1 - 23.4 Hope this motivates y'all and keep on going! I have been doing this every night for almost 2 months and follow diet, less sugar and carbs from 78kg now 68 kg. just don’t give up, take it easy!! rest if you can’t do it all just finish the work out though.

Hi! I've been doing this for 3 weeks now with 2 resting days. I must say I've really seen how my arms toned so much with this workout. My waist did become smaller because I can now fit 24-25 from 26-27. At first, the forward backward lunges were veryyy difficult for me because I have weak legs but after 3 days of consistently doing it, I was able to finish the rep. The whole workout became bearable along the way and I like how I sweat a lot doing this workout. I tried various workout vids but this vid has shown me more improvements than the ones I've tried before. If you're looking for motivation to start this workout, this is it. Trust me, It works. I don't really know my weight from the beginning and now but I'm happy to see how much I've toned. I also ate anything but in moderation. I also don't drink softdrinks and eat junk foods. Doing this for 3 months straight will keep you updated this is my first week.. Starting off with 75.75kg Goal - 55kg 22/7 Day 1 - ✅ 75.75 ( drenched had difficulties to bend or do workout properly ) What I ate - 4 spoons oats for breakfast 10am - soya chunks for lunch 3pm - coffee without sugar and nuts for evening snack 6pm - oats for dinner 9:30pm 23/7 Day 2 - ✅ 74.65 ( body feels sour still did itt.. Completely drenched ) What I ate - 4 spoons oats 10am - 3 chapati and beef gravy 3pm - sewaiyaan for dinner 9pm. 24/7 Day 3 - ✅ 74.35 ( felt ease while working out bending etc you just need to bare the muscles pain ) Whati ate - 2 slice of tostted bread with scrambled eggs for breakfast- 3 chapati with veggies - badam milk evening drink - 25/7 Day 4 - ✅ 74.70 ( felt lazy to work out then realized I got my period still did the workout.. Skipped the planks) What I ate - 2 slice of toasted bread with scrambled egg - 3 roti with tomato gravy - couldnt resist myself so ate maggie (dont eat) 26/7 Day 5 - ❌ didn't workout cuz of cramps but streched my body a lil bit 27/7 Day 6 - ❌ went out to fruends house, broke my diet and ate whatever i saw 😂 28/7 Day 7 - ✅ 73.85 [ woke up late didn't workout (i still co side this as workout) but did house chores and sweated a lot.. ]

@@sakshidevi5378 Nothing special dear, regular homemade food, no dieting but limited ❤️ Having 2 main meals only✨ #Brunch: 2 ruti, 1 egg poach, dal/chicken, 1 cup tea #Night Meal: 1 small cup of rice, 1 egg poach, meat/fish #Evening snack: Tea with biscuits / or any homemade snack (small portion) I also attend programs, hang out, and eat everything but try to be limited or walk 7-8k steps to overcome the junk foods.💖💖

Mostly it is recommended to take break between workouts like doing on alternate days Did you do it everyday? I am 57 kilos and I wanted to lose like 2~3 kilos and some belly fat

@@hummingmoon2846 i abandoned salt sugar and any form of masala I ate fruits and salad , in the morning its eater oats or peanut butter on bread and as meals i had boiled fish or chicken with vegies and nuts as snacks . Dont forget to take shower after exercising

I tried this exercise in my room about 3 day ago , but today my dad and mom find it out . I was so surprised my dad calls me in the garden gave me the mat and said practice in green environment , my parents even joined me for motivation . I hope I will be fit by the end of this lockdown. Update , im improveing . My friends noticed that I have lost weight and today I found out that I lost almost 4 kg . Edit : I never thought I will receive so much love . I wanted to have a workout that made me sweaty and lose weight fast and this wasn't burning enough calories for me and I stopped exercising altogether. That being said, I did this for a solid week and noticed a huge improvement in my form by day 5-6. I could fully hold the planks and i felt the burn all over. I came back to see so many likes and your comment which has now motivated me to follow through with this, but I will also be adding fitness blender cardio workout to the mix and might do these alternately. will update in a month :)

Hi! Will be trying this for 2 weeks :) I’ll keep my updates below - starting weight: 128 - goal weight: 115 -height: 5’1 Day 1: ✅ DEF BROKE OUT IN A SWEAT, but also felt great after. Day 3: Day 5: Day 7: Day 9: Day 11: Day 13: Day 15: Note: every day in-between (ex. 2, 6, 8, etc) are my walk days. I get at least 7k-10k steps in during those days. Additionally, I’ve been in a calorie deficit and have cut out sugars (unless they’re natural sugars like fruit & raw honey) + get 6-10 hours of sleep! (Very important!!) I’d also like to note I’ve done Emi Wong workouts (specifically the 10 min plank workout) a few years ago. I was also in a calorie deficit during that time. I had lost 15 pounds in a little over 2 months doing that workout twice a day. :)

I've been doing Emi's workout for exactly a year now (started on 3 Jan 2023) and I've lost 20kg so far. So I decided to leave my first comment on the most regular workout I did. I exercise every day. 30 minutes during the day/30 minutes at night. I usually do hiit or standing workout during the day and abs/thighs at night. I have cut out sugary drinks for a year now and I think it helps a lot. No heavy meals after 8pm and when I feel hungry I just have snacks here and there. I think that is pretty much it. I do not have a strict diet, I literally eat almost everything but in moderation. I hope that helps.

I did this once a week ( half ) but i was moving my body everyday, like playing badminton, walking, cycling. I made major changes in my diet i am only eating twice ( not in a calorie deficit ) but i eat enough to fulfill nutrients in my body and also to not feel hungry after 4-5 hours. I have never loved healthy foods before probably because i never ate them with satisfaction and being happy about eating it but now i do and I don't crave anything and with in a matter of 5-7 days i lost 1.4 kg. Anyways i did this workout thrice before but never came to end and left it halfway every single time BUT TODAY I DID IT WITHOUT PAUSINGGGG !! The happiness is real i am fkin shaking right now.

My first time commenting on a video like this, but here we go. (I don't want to lose weight by the way just strengthen my body.) Day 1-✅- At the beginning, I was like "It's so easy, I don't know why people are complaining." Later in between 12.50 and 15.50, I was DYING. And near the end, ow. Also, you got me in 21.06, I was about to drop to the floor. And I was too tired to make cooldown, so I will be so done tomorrow. Day 2-✅- My WHOLE body was aching for the whole day. But I did the workout anyways. It was slightly easier, but the arm and core workouts are so difficult for me. Thigh/leg are slightly better. Day 3-❌ I was too lazy, and I'm thinking about doing two days in a row and a rest day. Day 4-✅- It was easier, but still feels too long to finish it. I feel my upper leg getting stronger. I'm still shaking like crazy in planks. Day 5-✅- I'm not stoping the video to rest anymore for the last two days. Improvement... Plus, my body is not aching. Day 6-✅- It was the rest day, but I had the motivation, so I said "Why not?" I started to see a bit muscle forming in my arms. Day 7-❌ It was the rest day, but I had no motivation anyways, so I used it as an excuse tbh. Day 8-✅- I did it. Even though some of the exercises were done incorrectly, I managed to move my body for 30 minutes. I was too close to declaring today a rest day. Day 9-❌ Too lazy. Day 10- ❌ If washing my dog doesn't count as an exercise idk what else... I was too mentally tired. I PROMISE to do it tomorrow tho. Day 11- ❌ I completely forgot about this. I need to reschedule my goals. Day 12- ✅- Done. I collapsed to the floor, when the workout is finished. Day 13- 08/04/24- I gave a break. Day 1- 27/07/24- I’m starting again… ✅ Done. I really need a shower rn. Day 2- 28/07- ❌ Day 3- 29/07- ❌ Day 4- 30/07- ❌ Day 5- 31/07/24 ✅ Done.

Am I the only one who's weirdly embarrassed about people finding out that I work out? I can't really justify it,I'm not ashamed of my body or anything and I think working out is an admirable and incredibly beneficial thing,but still I'm so ashamed to be seen working out, especially by my family who pretty much know at this point due to the sweety workout attire in the dirty clothes bin. Idk can anyone relate??

I started doing this workout at the start of may consistently for 3 days and took 2 days off then did it for 3 more days and so on and I feel so good after it and I have seen changes in my body and also feel so much better and productive throughout the day. In the first 2 days it was arduous but then it got better. The only drawback for me is the music I don't want any music in the video so I lower down my phone's volume and do zikr while doing this and it's perfect for me.

I've been doing Emi's workouts for over a year now and I'm fitter than I've ever been! A word of advice: if you're working out just to lose weight you will burn out! Focus on your health, your fitness and most importantly, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If your body is telling you to rest, then rest. Focus on consistency, listening to what your body is telling you, and the weight loss will come naturally

If by night you mean 9 or 10 pm yeah you can but anything further than that might have side effects on your sleep and it doesn't give the same results either

@@HopesAiren I do different workouts. I workout 7 or 6 times a week for 30 minutes or an hour.About my diet, I keep it very clean. I eat lots of vegetables and protein,but I allow myself to have something less healthy sometimes but in small quantities.

Your weight will increase after a day or two.. I was surprised to see it jump up a kilo. Obviously this is because of the protection mechanisms of our muscles they become sore and also retain water especially big muscles of your legs, arms and abdomen but don't give up.. It will start wearing off in about a week. Remember your body is just prepping you for the new program! Don't give up! Give in! Fighting!!

This works! I been following this for a month and just my diet was eating in small portions and I went from 68kg to 60kg! Almost to my goal 😭💕 UPDATE 11/20/2020: My old metabolism is back. I’m always 55-56kg weight even if I have cheat days hahaha. Going to do more workouts so I can maintain a toned body. 😊

If you are new and thinking of quitting let me tell you emi is professional and she does it often so it seems like she's doing this so easily. I just did this workout for the first time today, it was really great, she really motivates you during the whole process. During the one arm plank my arm started shaking really bad so I just did a plank instead, but other than that I totally recommend this workout!!

This works!!! I done this for 11 days and I'll share my detailed experience for those going through comments to know whether this works: I didn't checked my weight before starting but it was around 65kg(cause last time i checked,it was 63) Goal:50-55 After doing this for two days my thighs were really sore and was not even able to do on third day.I was also having mild chest and and neck pain:) But after 5,6 days this became more easy and now I'm writing this after completing 11th day workout..i can clearly see changes in my tummy and my curves are becoming more difined!! Best part is I'm feeling more stronger than before💪first few days i was not able to do front and back lunges and side planks but now i can do them easily💃 Today is 5th of August and I'm planning to do this till October💅 Note to all my lazy potatoes:it doesn't matter how you look as long as you are healthy,comfortable and confident😚

@@BHAVANI385 coming from a indian household and have to go to school so I eat around 2 big spoons of oats with milk and banana mixed. then lunch in which I eat one roti, any vegetable, salad and protein (egg, paneer etc.) Dinner I eat 1 serving rice, vegetable, daal, salad and protein ( chicken,paneer,rajma,chole) and curd and pls drink atleast 2.5 liters water everyday

Sooo almost three weeks left till school..and I need a glow up 🤣🤣 so here we are This is the first day exercising and on my smartwatch it says that I burned 198 calories (let’s hope it’s true) my current weight is 60kg and my dream weight’s 56kg I’ll follow a healthy diet in order to lose weight faster. Here we go!! Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 skipped Day 4 skipped :( Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅

I have been trying to lose weight for the past few years. I have tried several workout videos, but I always lose motivation halfway through, or something comes up, and I stop working out. But this time, it's getting to a point where my health is getting worse. Hopefully, I won't lose motivation this time and can continue doing this workout.

My biggest tip to everyone doing this is that do it at your own pace! Emi is pro so she may seem faster. Practice makes perfect so there's no need to rush :)
