Well, yes. Until you point it out and the owners adjust for that technicality, of course, but they might be lenient enough to actually give you that free drink before doing so. It's like a genie or a monkey's paw; they weren't specific enough, so they'll have to own up to it and accept that they carelessly left a loophole in there.

Guillotines sometimes weren't sharp enough to **cut once and done** and it would result in having to lift it back up and do it again multiple times, so like if you went back to the medieval times and got on the town's death row you have 3 options, find a way to get out of death row, suggest that they have you "hangout" for a while, or hope that they got a new **chopper**
