Check Huawei's HiCare app. They run some free programs too. When I got mate 20 pro they gave free screen protector under the free program

I only had EMUI 9 for a few minutes after I powered up my new p30 pro, but I can say that I like the new settings menu on EMUI 10.

Picked up the mate 30 pro without google play. I will admit I'm sad i don't have it but the phone itself is just outstanding...I'm coming from a samsung s9 which on its own is still an excellent device. My only gripe is the Huawei keyboard with the small spacebar

I updated my P smart 2019 last week. All you need to do is to go to hicare settings and change country to UK. Then you go to the update and it's there. I had to restore my phone to fabric settings after update 'cause of some bugs, but with backup everything is fine. Phone feels much smoother and dark mode is there.

I got the Android 10 coupled with EMUI 10 almost 2 months ago which I got very happy for ! I live in Sweden so I'm not sure if that had something to do with it me getting the upgrade fairly earlier than a lot of other countries.

Two more things I wish Huawei would implement is an option to hide the status bar to help avoid future burn in and a swipe down gesture for the status bar instead of hisearch or whatever it is called, the p30 pro is huge and reaching up one handed for the status bar is a complete nightmare.

Imui9 also had facial recognition with setting for eyes open.. Not sure if it was a setting but when using shades it seems the hardware could scan through the lenses. Maybe because it isn't polarized, I dunno but it worked, also wearing a cap wasn't a stumble block for facial recognition hardware and software. Just saying, not new in imui10. Gesture control is something to get used to but I'm not ditching it just yet. What else, oh dark mode is cool, waiting for whatsapp to catch up. And.. Oh I. Using a mate 20 Pro. Added :AI features on the camera and screenshot is much more prominent than before so 👍 Dude you said nothing about the Voice Control Countdown Feature. What is it?

Just got it on my Huawei P20 Pro. Based on a quick test, it looks like they added 4K video stabilization. I could be wrong, though.

Just got EMUI on honor 8X, loving it, quite a few features are not available however screen recorder, dark mode etc all are. At least now you have options to do with Ad Data at last, about time, we need to stop Ad Tracking as it is rubbish & you miss all other potentially good content that is out there.
