They have to pay wages, insurance, property maintenance and a whole lot of other expenses to run the business, as well as their initial outlay. Building those treehouses in that area would have been extremely difficult and therefore very costly. Yes it is a tad expensive, but it is a unique location with amazing looking facilities that would be awesome for a romantic getaway with a difference.

Se ve linda la casa de árbol, muy acogedora y relajante, me hubiera gustado tener una en casa de mis papás pero ni teníamos árboles grandes, 😔 o una mini casa en la azotea mínimo, para estar todo el rato, después de que me vaya a otro lado, terminarían por tumbarla.

how cool that this one town has such a great selection of quaint little getaways! God certainly has blessed this place with beauty and peace! It would be neat to see what kind of amenities the downtown of Hocking Hills boasts, such as eateries, activities and shopping- though I know that isn't the focus of this channel ;). But, this video certainly has tha old mind agoin'! I suppose there is probably a tourism page available for a town so sweet- thanks for the inspiration!!!

I enjoy most of your videos, but not these, and in particular this one. It is a blatant ad (with lots of product placement) for this guy's business. I hope they paid you a lot for the advertisement. These videos lack the charm of the ones where regular folks built their home with regular hard work and their savings (not with a staff of "brilliant architects and a great team...").

@@TinyHouseGiantJourney I hoped that was the case. Maybe it was more the owner/narrator's presentation. There have been other videos like this that were more or less ads, but it didn't feel as obvious. Perhaps it was because in those the owner(s) was/were the builder and had more personal pride in their work. Thanks for replying!

All the vids from Hocking Hills felt like this. It's neat to se as they are very cool homes. However, all these vids now from this area felt like ads for Air BnB's. Which has it's own value/merit. Just interesting that all the HH vids are ads.
