Hi everyone, it's been a while since I've done a video on my journey with endometriosis. I've been going through physical therapy, working with a massage therapist and chiropractor lately. Turns out the root cause of most of this is surprisingly not my physical fitness activities, but dealing with a body used to chronic pain.
