Hi everyone, it's been a while since I've done a video on my journey with endometriosis. I've been going through physical therapy, working with a massage therapist and chiropractor lately. Turns out the root cause of most of this is surprisingly not my physical fitness activities, but dealing with a body used to chronic pain. In this video I talk about what it is like to have chronic pain and what I've been up to lately. Thanks again for your support, it means so much to me.
