Honestly 25 million is a fair price. 127 acres, huge main house, guest cottage, multiple glamping experiences, river, multiple historic barns and a private road through your immaculately curated property. Absolutely incredible place. Awesome video as usual!

I was going to say that. It's crazy what location (assuming that's what it is) can do to a price. He toured a penthouse in manhattan, ny, 40M with no land, and had same bed and bath. No guest house, nowhere near this square footage. Crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Agreed! This is easily my favorite property. Most of the places that are covered really are expensive art, but, I could never consider them home even if I owned them. They feel like show pieces. This, the house, the grounds, all of it, feels like home to me.

It’s a gorgeous property but with that much land to maintain & that many buildings to look after I guarantee it costs several million dollars a year in maintenance/upkeep. If they have a huge staff as well, like multiple chefs, Nannie’s, gardeners, arborists, landscapers, a huge working horse farm, etc. it’s prolly close to $10m a year. I know someone that lives on 20 acres & has a decent size horse farm in the Midwest that pays close to $3m a year on staff & upkeep and it is nothing like this place. They spend $120k a year just on maintaining the grass & landscaping.

I’d halve the amount you mention and that’s if the owner stays there year round- which would surprise me… Enes- you’d likely get pushback from real estate agents, but I wonder (excluding taxes) if you could give us an idea of what it takes to maintain some of the properties you feature? It would add a practical element to what is already a fantasy for 99% of us. Whaddya think?!

I grew up on a 100 acres farm where my grandfather settle his family back in the days circa 1925 in the lower Saint Lawrence region of the province of Quebec. Of all the properties I've seen on this channel, this is the first time that I think it's worth every single penny. It's all really tasteful, well thought out and laid out, and the sheer amount of land is incredible. The location is spot on, the surrounding towns are lively and you're just 2 hours away from NY city. You can't get much better of a deal anywhere in the world.

Enes, I have been watching your videos for years and they just keep getting better and better. This however takes the entire cake. This is the first ultra lavish mansion that has been tastefully constructed in my opinion. Building codes must a lot more relaxed in New York compared to where I live in California. The stairs have no side protection. I absolutely love this house, yet all I could think of was little Timmy or Grandma going splat on the polished floor below.

I loved this tour. This place is incredible, I could feel the peace & tranquility thru the phone. I love how big this place is without being an over the top spec house or one of the modern homes that have a museum like quality, it seems warm & cozy. I especially love how u could invite ur whole extended family without feeling like ur all on top of one another. And I really like the feel of the surrounding towns, how quaint they seem. I could definitely see myself living here.

Wow, this property is incredible, not only from inside but also from outside. I really like the outdoor area of the property the most. So natural and peaceful. You don't really need to leave the property because of the large size of the property, just pack your stuff, go camping and sit by the river, play outdoor games and enjoy every moment with your family. and with friends. This tour is by far my favorite of all the tours you have been on. I’m from Wisconsin and I live out in the country it’s very peaceful, to have everything like this property I would never leave or need to go on vacation so beatiful. I loved everything so much. The barns are what makes this property extra exciting to me - they compliment the main house so well. Because of all the space and possible function of the barns, the main house is "allowed" to just be residential and private. I always dream of having a ballroom to host concerts or other events for large groups of people. These barns seem like the perfect space to do so, but keep it separate from the private living space. One day, I hope I'll be able to make this dream a reality. Thank you for this amazing tour for a breathtaking property!!

I cannot believe how incredible that place is. The location first of all is great. Looks like it's a peaceful and safe community and it's also 2 hours away from the best city on Earth, New York. Also the grounds itself. The main house isn't even half the story when it comes to this ranch. It has every type of living you have on lockdown. You want to have the mobile home exerience? That's on lockdown. You want the camping experience? That's on lockdown. You want the living by a river experience? That's on lockdown. You want to live in a spacious estate? That's on lockdown. You want to live in an apartment? That's on lockdown. You can also get in touch with nature. You can easily find a spot somewhere to meditate. You can even run the grounds if you're into morning jogs/morning runs. You can literally have two dozen people sleeping there. It is also a great place to raise children. The Thanksgiving dinners this family must have has to be epic. You can even ride horses there too. This is definitely a unique property that you and your friends got to tour and I thank you for sharing it with us, Enes.😁👍👍

We have watched every video, so many of the newer homes look like commercial boxes or hotel rooms. This looks like a Home, and the property of course is beyond spectacular. One of the top homes you guys have showcased, absolutely spectacular.
