I never understood why Luna wasn't fully supported by SM. She is such a talented singer and it was they decided she really wasn't really going to make it big as a soloist - and don't even get me started on Minzy - I blame the Korean public itself - she has a lot of international fans - it probably doesn't help that she really doesn't have a lot of resources to properly promote (Teamo didn't even enter the charts).

I went to every concert / live performance of theirs in Japan, and honestly they are all sooo beautiful cant even compare to what we see on tv or scree. also they smelled so good even after whole dang concert lol

I feel you. Lonely is my favorite 2NE1 song but hearing them sing I Don’t Care just hit different.

And it’s just the two of them and they weren’t even serious here. Dara doesn’t have the strongest vocals but her voice is uniquely soft in tone. And because she’s an actress, she can easily embody a strong figure on stage

you're right! Minzy's voice is always amazing, look how unfiltered the microphones are but she sounds the same. Such a great talent a lot of people are missing out! Feel like it just yesterday we enjoy this world of 2nd gen kpop, but the reality is we had surpassed a decade already “) Seeing recent SHINee 2pm Beast (as Highlight) FT Island made a comeback then all these casual meeting of them (2ne1, f(x)) in reality shows made the atmosphere feel very special for us.. I’m sorry to new kpop stan but for me their era is the best because these legendary idol struggle their best to promote themselves when they got no social media to gain attention back then.. It’s not downgrading new idols, but their can gain fame easily these day just by promoting their good-looking visual in media.. Therefore i treasure 2nd gen idols more due to their hardship back then T.T

Too relatable! It's 12 years for me and the first group I heard and saw their mv was 2NE1. They were the main reason why I was introduced to K-Pop back in 2009. Although I am a STAR1 (SISTAR fandom), all bgs and ggs of the 2nd gen totally hit different. Their music were distinct and their style were uncommon. So proud to grow up and be part of the 2nd gen legends. 💖
