I am gonna update this for four months Measurement Left thigh: 47 cm Right thigh: 47 cm Day 1: ✅ I did it. It was pretty easy Day 2: ✅ Better than yesterday. Day 3: ✅ My legs are starting to get slim. Like and reply so I can remember to update everyday Day 4: ✅ I am starting to get my thigh gap And for you guys to know I am not on a diet. Day 5: ✅ I already have a thigh gap now but I am not gonna stop. Day 6: ✅ My legs are 44 cm. IDK but my legs are slimming so fast. Guys remember that you are still beautiful with thick legs Day 7: ✅ I got my complete thigh gap I don't have chicken legs anymore Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ I was not busy at all so did it four times. Remember to eat healthy for it to be effective fast 😊. Day 10: ✅ My thighs are still 44cm but I lost 6kgs. Day 11: ✅ Lost 0.6cm Day 12: ✅ I felt a little too thin and unhealthy so I only did It once. Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ 2 weeks already over and my thighs are 39cm. Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Remember to drinks lots of water to prevent blackouts. Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ✅ Important tip: If you feel too sick or unhealthy don't do the exercises. Just do it for an extra day when you feel better again. Don't starve yourselves as well. Day 24: ✅ Day 25: ✅ I lost 3 more kgs so far. Day 26: ✅ Day 27: ✅ I didn't feel like to do it but still did. Day 28: ✅ I looked at my self and got scared. Everyone called me unhealthy because of my legs. Day 29: ✅ I stopped eating too much healthy food because my legs look like Wonyoung's. Day 30: ✅ I gained 1.7kgs for eating but it's btter than being unhealthy, right? 1 months is already over time for the measurements 😊 Right inner thigh 37cm Left inner thigh 37cm 2nd month Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Doing this everyday, I almost lost track!😅 Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ If you have any questions you guys can ask. Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Current measurement Both thighs 35cm Reply and like so I can update tomorrow as well 😊. Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Tips: 1. Drink lots of water 2. Do not run too much before doing the exercises if you wanna breath 3. Try to avoid salty and oily food (optional) 4. Love yourself. I just put the comment so late but I have marked the days which I have done the exercises in my calendar, that's how I remember the dates, and sometimes I lose track as well 😅. Girls please dont feel discouraged if this doesn't work for you in 7 days. She already had fairly thin thighs so if your thighs are bigger than hers its going to take a little longer but you can do it!! I can finally say that I've reached my goal, always thought it was impossible, but guess what, it is not. I believe in you all ❤️️️❤️️️

Doing this for 1 week! Weight: 48,8 kg Height: 161 cm Thighs: chubby Day 1 : ✅ DIED at the last one but did it! Day 2 : ✅ It felt easier the yesterday but still died at the tip toes (weight update 48,3kg!) I lost like 1cm in my upper thighs so far, and I am currently at 11 days (with one active rest day, two other workouts and a healty diet). I don't know if that's good, but it's quite hard for me to loose weight, especially in my thighs, so I am grateful. What about you?

@@irushtheworld2639 ahh it's so hard for me to lose fat from my thighs too I was on a diet for so long but now I'm back to my normal eating and i gained weight now im trying to be only healthy with other workouts (cardio ab workout etc.) and no junkfood (sorry if i have grammar mistakes im not a native speaker lol)

trying this for 1 monthh!! please cheer for mee - no diet - 2x a day start: 25 May 2024 end: 25 June 2024 ( +2 extra days) measurements: left: 48cm right: 48cm day 1: ✅ it was hard at firstt, my legs were shaky and cramping upp day 2: ✅ i also did a wonyoung pilates workout too! day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅ (sry i forgot to comment) day 5: ✅ got used to it day 6: ✅ week 1 is almost complete, fighting! day 7: ✅ YAY! first week done, i did a wonyoung pilates workout again, the results didn't change that much but it's okay! It takes time, so i have to work harder next time. BangTan Blues But you don’t need slimmed down your legs for wearing what do you want. I was like you for four years, i lost 15 kgs but i didn’t wear any pants or shorts. I realized my body wanna wear all of these but my mind didn't let me. Then i tried to love myself. Im still on this journey, im still wanna slimmed down my tights but i love my body and legs despite all my body dysmorphohia. So please try love yourself, wear that, you can cry when you wearing all you wanted. But in the long term you’ll be more comfortable.

I did this twice every day, once in the morning and once in the evening for a week straight and the results are AMAZING. I went from having one spot where my thighs don't touch to having one spot where they do. I also walked 10k steps a day, but that was already part of my day before.

@@saaishakotian3207 Yeah, I've been doing this for more than 2 weeks already and I already see the changes! I've also been taking 4-5 hour walks in town, drinking water 20 minutes before eating breakfast/lunch/dinner also helps a LOT!! And here's another tip, after you finish eating you should wait for 2 hours and then drink water, after 15-20 minutes you can eat whatever you want. It's for the best to eat fruits on lunch. (but that's your choice) Anyway... I hope this will be helpful!

I have been doing this for 3 days now, I don’t have any measuring tape or anything but I can definitely see my thighs getting slimmer and tonend each day! Okay so i’ve been doing this workout twice for 2 weeks and it’s been really effective! My tips are to avoid fatty sugary foods and drink loads of water so you don’t feel hungry. If you don’t get results immediately within a week don’t feel discouraged, just do this work out consistently and trust the process ❤ Please do trust me and don’t give up!

To anyone who's been planning on doing this but isn't sure if it works: April's workouts are like magic. Not only this one, but all of them work. I've been doing this for a while now along with other April's workouts and saw results within a few days. I was very insecure about my body, and when i realized that my thighs were actually getting thinner, I was really happy because workouts never worked for me. I don't do it twice a day and i don't do diet, i love eating sweets and i eat them almost everyday. A good thing to do that will help you have thinner thighs (or body in general) faster is to drink 1-2 glasses of water the first thing you do when you wake up. Don't give up! You can do it! ✨🖤 Edit: when I started doing it my thighs had 63 cm, now they're at 54 cm!

Water first thing in the morning really does speed up metabolism ! Also, a big glass of water before each meal helps feeling fuller faster and fasten the metabolism ;) Good luck on your weight loss journey :D

@@lovedahyun611 honestly, idk what to tell you ! I'm pretty sure this exercise is not as magical as it seems but accompanied with other exercises it can do wonders. I recommend cardio and running :) In the video we can see she already has slim legs to start with. And the size differs with wether or not the body retained water (to avoid water retention, drink more water ! Drink water all the time, carry a reusable water bottle everywhere) and alimentation does a lot ! Write what you eat in a day and send it to me if you want ;)

@@lovedahyun611 just keep on doing it! It worked easily for me, but it might not be the same for everyone. Every body is different. Yò's advice is also really good! I also do exercises for the entire body and before I did those exercises i used to dance a lot, so maybe that's what helped me lose thigh fat faster. Anyways, I'm not an expert on the subject, but i hope this helps you! Good luck!

Im doing this workout (for however long) and here are my honest results! I’m 17 year old girl who’s 5’0 and about 110 pounds who’s goal is slimming and toning. Day 1: ✅ not too hard, I felt a burn right before the middle of the workout and I want to work on stability although I feel like I did pretty well. Edit: ok I haven’t updated this bc I didn’t know there were any replies until today. I’ve been doing this on and off for about three months now from 2-5 times a week. I am definitely noticing a bigger gap in between my legs. I feel a bit of a lighter in my thighs whereas before I felt all my weight in my legs when I am bloated. I feel healthy and relaxed after this workout. I will update if i See drastic changes as I continue to do this more regularly for summer :) I should also note that I’ve lost weight just from eating changes, so that contributed to my legs I’m assuming along w this workout

Trying this workout for a month! Starting with thighs: 56cm 1st day:✅✅ (done twice) 2nd day:✅✅ (hurts a lot but not giving up) 3rd day:✅✅ (still hurts but less) 4th day:✅✅ (still hurts the same like yesterday, I didn't do the stretching) by the way I'm not eating healthy, which is something I don't recommend because starving isn't good. 5th day:✅✅ 6th day:✅ (did this once / didn't hurt at all) 7th day: ✅✅✅ (did thrice) I'll measure at the end of the month. 8th day:✅✅ 9th day:✅✅ 10th day:✅ did once bc I was very tired 11th day:✅✅✅(hurts a lot) 12th day:✅✅ After measuring: 54cm it works slowly to me. 13th day:✅✅ 14th day:❌ I got injured so I can't really do any exercise. I'll try my best tomorrow :( 15th day:✅✅ 16th day:✅✅ 17th day:✅✅ 18th day:✅✅ 19th day:✅✅ 20th day:✅✅ After measurement: 54cm (it stopped working)

Starting inner thigh size right: 50.5 cm / 19.8 inches Starting inner thigh size left: 50.5 cm / 19.8 inches Day 1:✅️ ( felt a burn in my thighs but so far seems pretty good ) Day 2:✅️ ( wooh felt a bit more of a burn and i think its working well because i see a very slight difference) Day 3: ( hi guys, I just couldn't push myself to do it today, I'm wayy too tired to do anything and it's already quite late at night and I played reallllyy hard at football practice today and I was not able to do it, I'm really sorry guys, I will do it twice tomorrow to try and make up for it, I know it's not the same but I will still try, hopefully playing football today will make up for it 😅) :( Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Ending inner thigh size right: Ending inner thigh size left: Every morning i am having a 500 ml glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice in it before i eat any food and im not drastically changing my diet but im trying to eat less food than i usually do. @@boatlanman sometimes weak muscles look like fat so if you have slim legs but they look flabby that's not fat and you don't need a calorie deficit. Learned this the hard way after not eating correctly for months and ending up with a bit of fat loss but no toning so I still didn't look good Like people said I look thinner and it's noticeable but my body isn't toned

I started doing this workout in August 11th and I'll be doing it till septembre (Feel free to ask me anything 🙂❤️) First things first : ✨MESUREMENT ✨ Upper thigh : 55cm Middle thigh : 45cm Knee : 37.5cm Calf: 33 cm ✨Fun facts✨: I'm 14 years old. I'm 172cm tall and I weigh 54kg . IMPORTANTE 📌 : I did this with some other workouts Day 1 : ✔️ easy I added some stretches Day 2: ✔️I was a bit tired but you know I gotta do it!💪 Day 3:✔️I went on a 2 mile walk with mom ✨ Day 4: ✔️I was very curious and couldn't wait to mesure But HoLy CrAp my upper thigh is now 52cm??? And my middle thigh IS 43cm and my knee is 36 cm even my calf is at 32.5 cm??!! OMG I can't believe It !!!!! Day 5: ✔️ I carried the groceries for a mile ! My arms kept shaking 😖 Day 6:✔️felt lighter ( But I can't keep in track my weight bc I don't have a scale) Day 7: ✔️ I injured my shoulder yesterday so it was kinda hard for me Day 8: ❌ was actually my rest day but still done 25 min of stretching ✨Update ✨ Upper thigh : 51cm Middle thigh : 42 cm Knee : 35 cm Calf: 31.5 cm Day 9: ✔️a lot easier ! OK let's do this my leg measurements are: Left- 63cm Right- 63cm I am 70kg and 178cm tall just as reference. Now I do dance everyday as well and I have a pretty healthy diet so that might effect it. Day 1✅ Day 2✅ Day 3✅ Day 4✅ Day 5✅ OK on this day I did a lot of exercise before hand so just incase that might make a difference I thought I'd mention it. Day 6✅ Day 7✅ OK so measurements Right leg: 62cm Left leg: 62cm Ok so that's not a very big difference and I couldn't see a difference but I think if I do it for longer it will be more effective but I don't think I will bother carrying on just bc my gymnastics club has opened again and I will be doing more vigorous training again. But I hope this helps other people.

alr, doing this for about 2 weeks, once a day, eating normally DAY ONE : it hurt SO MUCH, but I kept going and made it till the end. DAY TWO : it still hurts a lot but I'm motivated to keep going because consistency is the key ❤ DAY THREE : it hurt less and I can't wait to see the results! also her voice is so relaxing and I love the way she always says that we can do it and talks to us ❤ DAY FOUR AND FIVE : I was really busy and tired sorry ❤️ DAY SIX : it's starting to feel easier, btw just wanted to tell you that I'm not doing the last stretches, but just the 7 exercises DAY SEVEN : I misured and... I LOST 1,5cm!!! I'm so happy and determinate to keep going❤

this workout will work BUT NOT IN 7 DAYS. That 7 days duration is only for people who already have lean thighs. Some people need more time than that.

If anybody is still skeptical about this... DO IT!!! I’ve been doing this 2-3 times a day for 6 days straight so far-nearly a week-and it has worked wonders! My thighs feel super firm and toned. I don’t feel as much “flabby” fat and jiggle whenever I walk. I try to tighten my legs whenever I do each exercise as well. The fact that the workout produced results this quickly is impressive. It may be because there wasn’t as much fat in the first place, but it still proves that this workout works. Trust the process!! 💖

@@Prismo786 it may seem hard or stressful but as long as you properly manage/schedule your time, doing any exercise for more than 2x is possible, you'd also need a lot of patience and motivation though

I did this 2 times a Day for 2 weeks .I did the first one in the morning and the second one in the evening. I started at 60 cm and my results is 55.6 cm! i still don’t have a thigh gap but they are toned and slim ✨

girls, please remember that the presence of a thigh gap is largely determined by the width of your pelvic bone! if your pelvis is narrow, there will not be enough space for a thigh gap unless you are unhealthily skinny, and even sometimes in that case you still will not have it, because your leg bones are too close together. and on the other hand, someone with a wide pelvic bone will have a thigh gap even at a higher weight, because they have extra room in between their legs as a result of the leg bones being set farther apart. so, an exercise like this will only accentuate whatever your body is capable of naturally. the girl in this video has a slightly narrow pelvic bone, which is why at even a slightly higher weight she didn’t have it, but she also has slight fat set legs, so she was able to accentuate what she has from the exercises. so even if you have a narrower pelvic bone you can still have it, but it’ll take more work and also be much more difficult to maintain. i myself have a slightly wide pelvic bone and am at a 23 bmi, and have a bit of a gap even though i’m at a slightly high weight for my frame. i can’t control that, it’s just how my body is. so if you can’t get results, it’s not the fault of the exercises or you, it’s just not in your genetic cards. and that’s completely ok! because all body types are beautiful 💗 remember that what matters most is health! so, don’t worry about what you can’t change 💗

I’m gonna do this for a week R thigh : 66 😩🤚🏻 L thigh : 68 😩🤚🏻 Day 1 : ✅ Day 2 : ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4:✅ Day 5 : ( I feel really demotivated 😔) ✅ Day6:✅ Day 7 ✅ ( YAZZ I complete it 😌) Results : R thigh : 64 Left thigh : 66 Hey guys it’s me so I’m gonna do this again for a week R thigh : 64 L thigh : 63 Day 1 :✅ Day 2 :✅ Day 3 : ✅ Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7 : Update : I joined the gym my thighs are now 55 cm 😏🤝

NOTE: On some days i'm also doing another workout so it's not only this one! Started: 18.08 Ended: Day 1: ✅️ it was alright, but i cant stand too much on my hands bc my wrists start to hurt, so that was a bit uncomfortable, but overall it was an amazing workout! Day 2: ✅️ my back&legs hurt a bit but i still did it! Day 3: ✅️ did it, but i skipped the parts that inclue standing on my hands Day 4: ❌️ didnt have time but i went on a walk and i hit 4,480 steps ( 3.54km / 156kcal ) Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: * i'll be doing this 'till schools starts or 'till i see a very big difference *
