use rubber fuel hose over your rod bolts to hold the upper Bering shell in place and protects the journal from contact.

If I had never seen Plastigauge before I would not know what you are talking about. In your video you show the crushed plastigauge strip after the event, after torquing down. not before. The instructional video would have been so much better had you shown 'before' and 'after' .

I did not use assembly lube, I primed the oil pump with a long spade drill, This on a 392 IH. Got a good 60 psi cold oil on the oil gauge just with the drill. My hot idle PSI is right about 40 psi. Running .002 on both rods and mains.
