Fantastic video. I've been making a list of enrichment tips on my phone and introducing a couple of new items to my guinea pigs every week to keep their enclosure new and exciting for them. It's hardly cost me anything at all as I've mostly used recycled safe household items. Their cage is 8ft x 3ft and full of interesting smells and things to do. They seem very happy and content!

Definitely practical if you live out in a large woodsy place. Not too much for those who live in metro city. Otherwise awesome video!

@@rabbitsareforeverx7360 True, but different textures can be very good enrichment, which is what this video is about. Plus that bedding can be composted. I'm just saying that recycling and making your own toys adds a big bonus to this :)

Such a great video!! I will be upgrading my beautiful bun into a 36 square foot cage (around that we are still deciding on a design) and I don’t want it to be too empty! This really helped!! Also I use fleece because my bun is litter box trained and it is easier to clean and not as wasteful. Could I use maybe a large covered litter box and put sand in it for varied substrate and digging?

Thanks :) rabbits often do best in pairs or groups as they are very sociable animals

Normally yes, but it is different for every bunny. Some bunnies will fight and some are just always stressed. And some are just indifferent. My bun has been alone for almost 2 years and is perfectly happy, eating, and playing. She isn’t spayed but hopefully after she is we will try to bond her. But if your bun seems happy and you spend a ton of time with them thy might be ok. But they enjoy company normally. :)

I found a bunch of wood from outside and I was wondering if I should disinfect it? If so, is there a specific way to get rid of germs and such? Thanks!!

Hi, so long as it has not been treated/sprayed with chemicals it should be safe to give as it is. If you want, you can soak the wood in hot water for a while :)

Are your rabbits spayed/neutered? I have a Holland Lop doe and wanted her to have a bunny friend but she’s not spayed and I’ve been told they could be territorial and aggressive to each other if they’re not spayed. So just wondering if you had any problems with your bunns (if they’re not).

Her rabbits have been spayed all rabbits must be spayed Female rabbit also get cancer at about 2 years old so you need to spayed her if you don't have the money to spay both you can adopt a rabbit that has already been spayed you should definitely get her a friend and spay her

You show that rabbits don’t only have to be inside. As long as the rabbit has a safe, large, warm spot to live in and their happy it’s fine!❤️❤️❤️❤️

What the hack! if any animal u do your research . And rabbits should be inside your house in a Xpen or in a wholeroom /house. The food that they should have veggies and Timothy hay.
