1 ½ cups Mayonnaise - or to taste
1 Red Onion Minced
1 Cup Beets Diced *or to taste
2 Large Carrot Diced
½ cup Peas
¾ cup White Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Sugar *optional
Salt to taste
