Life is like a video game in that each level brings you new 'stressors', but it's also like a video game in that there are 'resources' on each level, which you can use to improve your health, your wealth, and your productivity.
Many people tell me life is a marathon, but I think of it as a video game. Each level brings you new stressors and new resources. Enjoy the journey called life and treasure those experiences each level brings you, no matter how difficult they may seem.
