I love these suggestions. My favorite is looking for things that are blue. I will try it instead of looking for the ice chest of beer next time lol. The breathing triangle and removing myself from the situation are also good suggestions. Thank you.

A way to track your steps better is by putting your watch on your ankle. Even when you're walking and your wrist is stationary, it won't track all your steps. Amazing video though, I hope you make it big<3

We have a eft tapping meridian point on that spot of our wrist, when we squeeze after a round of tapping it help’s continue the releasing process and ground us!

It was an November 2017, a British teenager Molly Russell..who was struggling with her mental health and self harm ended her life by hanging herself in her bedroom at midnight of 21 November 2017...i never knew or met her personally, even I'm not even from Britian'..but she used to live in London..after her death one day on the google i saw an article related to her death on google..with her picture attached to that article in her school dress..at that time i was like, oh okay, she lost herself it's disgusting & sad..but didn't paid much attention to that at that time..but at the same time i was also struggling with suicidal thoughts and clinical depression...and i had no one to talk to..so later after couple of months of her death, i started thinking about her like we both had very similar interests & mental health problems..and as the time passed i became extremely obsessed with her.. whenever i used to feel mentally exhausted i used to see her images..and i never noticed when i actually fall in love with her..and ever since then I'm experiencing extreme level of sadness because of her death..i was ALOT of poeple on the internet was making fun of her death..but deep down i was already attached to herself so in order to defend herself and keep her legacy alive..i changed my KZfaq channel's name from, THE MONSTER to MOLLY'S REVENGE.. because her name was molly..i even turned down so many proposals because of her, even tho i knew she could' never be mine..
