The "Mhm" tip is gold! My voice is naturally quite a bit deeper than what I usually use for speaking because I tend to fall into "nasal" tone. "Mhm" immediately dropped my voice to a very natural pitch that felt comfortable, full, and rich when following it up with "one," "two," "three," etc. Thanks for this video!

It's hard to "own it" at school where people bully the shit out of you for having a feminine voice. Teenagers are vulnerable... they fail to "own it", especially under the stress of bullying.
