You always have the most luxurious… film.. not sure what to call it. Always looks and sounds totally pro. This man has the most calming energy ever. I’m a 4am fella too.

I like that, "Luxurious". I will use that term at some point, hahaha! Thank you so much.

I love these, side note I feel the same way you did when Eric told you "you can do it", sometimes we need to hear that from our peers. Receiving encouragement from people we respect feels more like someone in your corner. Knowing that helps unburden some of that fear when we're going for the things we really want or challenging ourselves creatively.

I really like this idea of separating one's view of comics from one's view of the industry. I think you both are approaching your art in a very pure sense. You have a story to tell and you want to share it with an audience that appreciates the care you took in every detail of its production. I think readers are also looking to recapture the magic of their comic book reading experience as mainstream comics are currently not filling that need. The approach that you have in mind of creating your own reader base for your projects coupled with readers looking for a unique comic book experience is going to be very synergistic. I'm really looking forward to Dragon's Glacier and Neo Wonderland launching and being a part of that audience.

Such a great video. I love this kind of content. Thank you for this! I can only imagine how exhilarating and stressful things must be right now. The struggle, I'm sure, will be worth it. And we will continue to be your cheerleaders along the journey...just don't expect to see me in a cheerleader outfit at the finish line. Nobody needs to see that! Lol ;)

I think the world needs to see you in a legit cheerleader outfit, not the ones people wear on halloween, hahaha! Thank you so much for your consistency and support. Yes, indeed it is scary to say the least.

Well, what a passionate talk between you two, even if you are both established and talented artists I can feel all the sensitivity, doubts and self questioning. I absolutely relate to that. Also, being French, I grew up with Moebius and I'm happy to ear all the goods things he brought to you. I'm also a big Akira fan (my son's name is Kaneda) and my wife is half philipino, all this video makes me feel at home :)

to the point about the buisness side,i guess it depends how much you earn. i work in animation as a character designer for 11 yrs in the uk, but ppl in animation here i dont think we earn enough to hire people. not yet at least. and wages are pritty stagnated tbh
