Hey Eric, I can you do a video on proper scaplar positions in a planche? Because I know for sure internal rotation of the shoulder during a dip is harmful. But it seems like inward rotation during a planche is nessisary to involve the chest for support but at the same time scap winging may cause more problems?
@Shunobii6 жыл бұрын
Wow, this is probably one of the most simplest explanation ever. I admit, I had a perspective where no matter what back exercises you worked, it was all, that is a yes to an extent but holy, did I forget about how each movement works a primary muscle group /facepalm

How does the average joe like me figure out which type of exercises my body needs? I work at a desk for 8hrs a day. Thanks Eric!

Is OHP efficient for serratus anterior activation?
@danieldeitz4296 жыл бұрын
hey eric, I am a baseball player with a depressed right shoulder(throwing shoulder) and I can tell that the bottom/medial border of the scapula is popping off the ribcage, what would you suggest I do? mainly core/ serratus work along with lower traps? also been stretching the external rotators of the rotator cuff to get my shoulders to sit back.

Daniel Deitz, get that shoulder to a psychiatrist ASAP.

0:45 You said this is common in overhead throwing population, later you said the same at 1:48. Is that a mistake? how can both be common for overhead throwing athletes
