Dear ERIC WONG, Having chronic arthritis in both hip joints( BALL & SOCKET)do you think this would aggravate the condition? I do the Traditional Pilates Side Bend every week in my Pilates practice. Thanking you.

You have to watch a couple times to get it. The side abductor plank. Hang in there newbies as I’m one!
