What the ...... Dang im 6 mins in and this looks amazing. I mean that place looks like it would easily be a shared ranch style situation. The water situation is amazing. In small towns in Mexico, you will find small shops that will fix your old fridge, stove, etc. for next to nothing. .....get an old fridge and keep it for years.

Yes. I purchased a cheap fridge on FB marketplace and it went bad 3 days later. A repair guy came by and totally fixed that thing for about $15 and said it should be good for the next few years. That thing worked good as new after he was done.
