I feel for him, that's the type of pain that no one should have to go through.

That's heavy man. Literally sitting in a parking lot in Montgomery AL watching,and can't get out the truck. I'm a father of a beautiful little girl who resembles Aniah. As a Alabama native and huge UFC fan, Walt has been one of our favorite fighters. I remember the ordeal and travel that stretch of hwy daily. His family's tragedy has caused me to step up my family's security and awareness. We love you Big Ticket, praying for you and hope you KO every heavyweight the rest of your career.

When this happened to Walt and his family, it somehow reminded me of Vitor Belfort and his missing sister circa 2005.. such a tragedy......

I followed this so closely since the news first broke. I was hoping and praying everyday they’d find her alive. Such a heartbreaking story.

Man, that's tough to watch. I watched the news everyday hoping his daughter was alive. My daughter is 19, and has the same name, without the A. No doubt, she was thinking about Walt, when she was fighting back.

I'm 53.... never had children but I have a Niece and Nephew I absolutely adore. I came home from work today (Essential) and sat down to relax when a program came on ESPN about a man I knew absolutely nothing about. Mind you, I follow most major sports, NFL, NBA, NHL, and a few more.....MMA was something I never followed or was interested in. As the story continued, I realized this was not going to be a story that would be uplifting, then I suddenly realized tears were streaming down my face. 😔 I know loss my friend.....I do know what it's like to have the most important person in your life taken away in a flash..... and no one, or anything someone may say will take your anguish away. It will ALWAYS be there..... my hope for you and your family is that you will find peace.....I will pray for you and yours....I wish nothing but the best for all of you..... just remember, she'll ALWAYS BE WITH YOU..... and no one can take that from you! I wish I could do more to help but these words will have to do....(and I will follow your career in the hopes you achieve your goals).....

Been following Walt for a bit and in every interview I seen him in he was smiling, always cracking jokes with the media and making everyone laugh, especially the interview after the olienek fight. And when I found out about his stepdaughter going missing it broke my heart. I really couldn’t believe it when about a week after she still was missing and every day I’d check google to see if there was any updates at all and tell my family about the updates and then weeks went by. I resonated with his family so much and just prayed that they’d find her. Seriously couldn’t have happened to a more undeserving guy. I just hope he finds his peace with this and that he feels proud of what he’s been able to accomplish. And to have the strength to continue fighting for his dream for not only himself but his daughter as well, is admirable. I’ll be rooting for you Walt.

Walt Harris is a good man. A coworker I've worked with for a decade lost his 24 year old daughter a couple weeks ago, she was stabbed to death. Already back to work as well. I have an 11 year old daughter, she is my best friend. Much like my coworker and Walt Harris, we have this bond and connection. These men are much stronger than I. I don't know where or how they gain strength to even wake up each day without their baby. I pray I never have to find out. Bless their families. In the end family is all we have.
