Good idea with the nutmeg. Not many people use chili flakes but I use that a lot.

Any mixed seasonings will always have salt, usually as the first ingredient. I know you don't use all of them in one dish but I stay away from those. Missing in the pantry is Mrs Dash (now called Dash). No salt and many of the best ingredients.
