Got one of these at an outlet for $50 after my $150 vacuum kicked the bucket. Seems to be even better than the more expensive one. Pretty happy with it. Your video helped me decide to get it.

We just bought this at Costco. Looking forward to it. Our expensive Dyson didn’t last. Eureka has been around since 1909… so I think they know what their doing.

Thank you SO MUCH for this review!!! I just bought this vacuum at Costco myself and hadn’t been impressed with it so far. I didn’t realize there is a piece that snaps into the back to wrap the cord around. So I thought the vacuum was flawed, this taught me I was missing something lol ALSO I have a high pile shag rug as well, I notice the beater gets stuck when trying to vacuum it. Should I just push through it? I was very surprised this vacuum went over your carpet. Did you have to use a lot of effort?? I think we have very similar rugs, mine is a Thomasville from Costco also

I think you hooked up the hose wrong. you need to go through the lower clip.

I have this Vacuum & the dirt refuses to enter the canister, it just gets trapped in the bottom & spits it back out, can I fix it?

Hello, I am not an Eureka employee, but may I ask if this persists? If so, you can return it to Costco anytime, and you can get yourself another one. However, I don’t think they sell these anymore; I had the Red NEU610 and now using the latest version in Injection Gray, NEU612.

Garbage vacuum. Every time you move the hose, the damn thing falls over because the hose attachment is in the rear, BEHIND the wheels so they act as a pivot with any movement of the hose causing it to fall over.
