Started taking cold baths 1 year ago, now I can lift 2000 pounds, fly and phase trough objects. For those who say ice baths are overrated, you're just some hot bath scoundrels, I'll continue my ice bath training and I'm pretty sure I'll be able to transcend humanity by the end of the year

happy belated birthday! just wanted to say, the only thing i know about ice baths is that if you stay still during them you build a natural heat barrier making it a little easier to handle. try moving around a bit in them, it might make it a bit more of a challenge! great work man, keep it up!
