The old Timeline episodes that do not need to be updated, story or content wise, will be added there as well. - Explaining the Kingdom Hearts Timeline project - As many of you already know, the Kingdom Hearts Timeline project started back in April 2018 as a way to prepare all of us for the release of Kingdom Hearts 3. What is the Timeline project? Basically, you'll see all of the story events as they chronologically happen. Which is seemingly easy to do, but...if you're familiar with Kingdom Hearts, then you do know the series is so full of flashbacks, callbacks and retcons, that it's extremely easy to lose track of them. I always like to think of the Timeline as an experiment. I wasn’t sure if it could be a welcome one but, somehow, it was so well received that it exceeded my expectations. The original Timeline was just a way to re-live all of the Kingdom Hearts titles leading to KH3, in a different, yet familiar way. I never had plans to go back to it, as I was fully aware of all the flashbacks and callbacks that could be added in the future titles. I don’t really like the idea of uploading new, fixed episodes every now and then-it would just confuse all of you (and, more than anyone, myself!) Still, the requests and messages I received in the past few years made me reconsider my plans. More than anything, I did plan to complete the KHUX saga, as it was the only incomplete title when KH3 came out. So here we are! Now that KHUX ended I have everything at my disposal for making the ultimate, complete chronological version of this title. I can’t stress enough the purpose of this project-this doesn’t want to be the best or the perfect way of experiencing the Kingdom Hearts saga. All of the titles should be played following their release dates. The Timeline is simply an alternate way of experiencing the story we already know and only players who already played the games should watch it. New players would be spoiled about some plot points, so be warned. This project gives you a different perspective on specific events, and the adding of new musics, flashbacks, callbacks and secret reports, makes the whole experience even more unique and immersive. You know it’s heavily implied that Vanitas had his own plans to use Kingdom Hearts once he got the X-Blade, He was planning to betray Master Xehanort after he defeated the heroes.

it's so weird to think that Terra spent the whole time trying to look for Vanitas yet didn't come across him until the very end during the keyblade graveyard climax. Yet Vanitas had numerous clashes with Ventus and Aqua during this time.

It always amazes me how Ven can somehow look so much like Roxas sometimes and yet also look so much like a different person (I think it's because he smiles a lot more and has more of an innocent expression). Jesse McCartney does an amazing job differentiating their voices, too. Also, someone give Xehanort an Oscar for all that bs he was feeding Terra; it had just enough of the truth to be convincing, but it is comically over-the-top to those of us who know the truth.

You know got to love how Xehanort was telling Terra the truth or rather hiding bits of the truth so that he can get Terra to believe in him. It really does show how cunning the old man is. I’m going to miss him once we get to KH4 but let’s see what the MOM and the foretellers can do

As Terra meets Master Yen Sid as Mickey departs, Ven arrives at Enchanted Dominion where he finds the still sleeping Princess Aurora and meets the three Good Fairies. After hearing that Aurora’s heart has been stolen from her, Ventus joins the Fairies to retrieve Aurora’s heart and battles Maleficent, just as Aqua arrives. Aqua then falls into a dungeon and meets Phillip, a Prince who is destined save Aurora from her curse. After escaping, Aqua and Prince Phillip have to fight Maleficent as she transforms into a dragon. Even though she is defeated, we haven’t seen the last of Maleficent. While Terra meets with Master Xehanort, Ventus has his first battle with Vanitas and Aqua finds Snow White asleep due to a poisoned apple, meeting with a Prince and battling the Wicked Queens mirror, an elderly lady tells someone the story of the ancient Keyblade War.

It's a shame we never got to see Yen Sid as a keyblade wielder. I'm guessing that Disney were approached about it and said no

In terms of the Enchanted Dominion timeline, about a week prior, the kingdom fell into an enchanted sleep, Hoder, Helgi, Heimdall and Sigrun fought Maleficent but were all killed. A few days later, Xehanort, a few years younger than the upperclassmen, but now an elderly man meets with Maleficent. A few days after that, Terra shows up. I know time flows differently between the worlds, but this one is just WEIRD.

Plot hole - Dark Road established Xehanort and Eraqus becoming Masters. But we never learn how Master Yen Sid comes from. Is he from a different world than Scala? He seems to know Xehanort and Eraqus as old friends?
