@@BrendelMank That's what the tomatoes were for. If he had some form of quick healing he wouldn't need to eat tomatoes to heal (Fallout 4 eating food = health)

I wasn't sure what he was going to finish the sentence with but the way he said it, I felt like I hadn't anticipated and really got me to notice how well it was done. I like that even little shown side characters and their actors can leave an impression.

Lost has had 6 seasons with an average of 20 episodes, in which it's answered every single question to a ridiculous degree. Fallout's 8 episodes obviously had to be much more economical with their time.

Actually that radio station harps back to a side quest in FO3 where you go find a famous violin for an old lady and afterwards she plays violin music on her radio station.

Yeah. Vault 4 is a research Vault. It's the one Coop did the commercial in. The two scientists killed by the Overseer's great uncle on his mom's side were the scientists from the commercial.

Yeah I think they retconed ghoul biology a little bit, but to be fair, they did already have freaky healing abilities, especially when energized by high amounts of radiation.

what im confused about is when the buildings started getting power I mean didn't they already have some sort of power as in the games when you go in some lights are still on and elevators still function and in others like super duper mart in FO4 the PA system was still functioning as well.

@@Greenhawk4 Some have background generators and smaller fusion power rooms. But the Cold fusion is meant to provide for basically ALL of an entire city if not whole commonwealths on its own, more than ANY power source yet concieved. Now that the BOS has it in former NCR lands, they get to dictate where California prioritizes that power

@@kingcaesar3693 you do; but it doesn’t require FEV; the unofficial ‘canon’ as of right now is: radiation spawns ghouls, and monster insects; FEV spawns intelligent super mutants; combinations of the two spawns a number of weird mutant-variants like Harold+Bob, The Master, and stupid super mutants…and probably a bunch of mutant creatures, aside from Deathclaws…and as of ep. 7, Gulpers…

I saw a comment from one of the show runners that spaced release lets people build their favorite theories at the water cooler, then get upset when the show goes a different direction. With the rabid gamer fans they thought the binge release would keep the unfulfilled theory expectations to a minimum.

No he's an evil brutal merc hardened by the wasteland, Max is more neutral. Ghoul murders, tortures, human traffics ffs and is a cannibal.....

The ghoul is 100% evil. There is nothing neutral about his behaviors. Everything he does that even seems remotely "kind" is for his own benefit. He heals the dog to use it to track the guy. As soon as he found the guy's head and believed it was unobtainable for him, he just left the dog there to die without caring at all. He knew Lucy was a pure innocent and he was going to flat out shoot her dead anyway, Maximus is the only reason she survived their first encounter, cause he took the bullet for her. He kept Lucy alive to use her as bait, he would've killed her before and after that moment if he didn't need her. The only reason he kept her alive after that point was to trade her for more of his drugs he needed since she accidentally destroyed his. He straight up sold her to an organ farm. He exhibits zero compassion or empathy for others, and that is one of the best ways that you can define and characterize evil in the first place. People who feel nothing for the suffering they cause to other people. Neutral would be a person just wanting to mind their own business, but that man was actively hunting a human being he knew nothing about just for what the guy was worth and was willing to cold blooded murder anyone that got in his way or even tried to dissuade him non-violently. He is absolutely evil.

Another way to look at it is the Ghoul is the Ugly in The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly but with more style. Lucy ( the Good, Man with no name) Lucy's Dad ( the Bad, Angel Eyes).
