According to the researches i have seen, that testosterone levels right after a workout drop significantly, up to 40-60%, but, if you regularly do resistance training for a week, then your resting testosterone becomes 140% on average, and if you do it for one month, then again it significantly drops right after the workout, but the resting test level grows up to 170% on average comparing to the pre workout subjects.

Probably not. I've taken a few of the ones on the list (but not all). Usually the doses are pretty large. 1-4 big capsules. To mix them all in some kind of multivitamin either wouldn't work (too small doses), or would require you to take like 20 large pills for every dose. Not to mention that this would be extremely expensive to purchase and manufacture.

Well, I am 53 and always have a hard on for my wife. She finds it annoying that my hormones still are acting like I am in my teens. It is a gift and a curse guys. Your wife always pushing you away because she cannot keep up. Now, I fight staying faithful with these urges. 24 years in and strong. She is an amazing woman so the fight 💪🏽is worth it. But I still am looking for ways to increase testosterone for working out and bodybuilding purposes. Been working out since I was 15.

The bench press does not target your chest and "biceps." It targets the chest, yes, but also the triceps and your front deltoids (shoulders), not the biceps. Doing pullups or any kind of pulling exercise for your back targets the bicepts as a compound movement.

I thought I had low testesterone levels because I was deppresssed, and didnt feel like I had high testosterone but after two years I took a testosterone test and I have high testestorone levels 30.31 and the scale was from 12 to 26, so I had higher testosterone than most. If you are worried you have low testosterone ask the doctor. I never took a test for my free testosteron but I have no low sex drive so why should I take a test of my free testosterone?

Is clean and press good for muscle growth
@saltyark7564
@saltyark7564 5 ай бұрын
Depends on what you mean growth, if you want to bulk up my understanding is heavy lifts lower reps, where as for actually strength you can do low-med weight with high amount of reps, either way yes clean and press will help muscle growth in the muscle groups it targets. Don’t take my word as law, it’s just my amateur understanding. I may stand corrected by someone who knows differently.

Taking pills isn’t natural. So the body responds to it, but it doesn’t align with jt. Working out and healthy diet is a natural approach. So the body not only responds but naturally aligns with the process. Meaning no room for potential negative side effects . Unlike with 💊… the body is adjusted by a foreign substance. Yes I worked out for 2 hours. Then went home and was doing push ups in the middle of the cul-de-sac for absolutely no reason besides the fact I felt good and strong. But I’ve experienced the mood swing or easier to rage.😂 it takes about 3-7 days of you taking it to feel the results

I didn’t even watch the video but: *Eat whole foods* (meat,eggs,veg,fruit etc) *exercise* runs, heavy weights *reduce plastics/estrogens/endocrine disruptions* *Eat healthy fats* *keep your balls cold* manspread, cold showers *don’t be to low body fat* *ignore mainstream media/ most bs fitness advice* think rationally and think more primal like what would a cave man do *sleep* lots of sleep like absolute minimum 7hrs
