Seriously, if all it takes are a couple of baseless rumors to start a racial conflict to this degree, then the racial tension between the ponies is a very intense issue that shouldn't be just brought up and dismissed in merely two episodes

You failed to sin that, despite Tirek draining ponies of all their magic, even to the point Rockhoof was reduced to the scrawny pony he was originally, they all still had their Cutie Marks even though those are supposed to vanish whenever Tirek drains a pony of their magic

Cozy glow read a lot of spell books when she was in school. That's how she knows how to use magic.

Honrstly. Regarding the first scene. It is this easy to make people racist. And over the series equestrians are shown to be pretty racist regarding other speciest. There was an entire episode about them avoiding zecora just because she is a zebra.

Kinda wish it went more like this: Grogar actually being a threat, not just a chaotic joke The bell not working on Grogar, instead makes him stronger The villains properly join forces with grogar, after they realize they can't beat him especially now. They succeed in taking down the mane 6. Grogar as the father of monsters destroys discord, *splits him into his separate component animals*, removes his powers, etc. Fluttershy goes 100% angry, proves moderately high threat to Grogar's team His team Proceed to draining magic from equestria completely into the bell. Grogar betrays his team, locks everyone up since no magic means no threat. The Student 6 prove useful, possibly reminding them all about the true power of friendship. The betrayed villains reform, chrysalis takes new form, etc. Mane 6 transform with friendship power. Epic fight ensues between the Mane 6 and Grogar. Grogar uses the bell to try to weaken them, but it either overloads the bell, OR it just doesn't work. Grogar get defeated, and goes the way of sombra. Possibly included somewhere the return of Sombra, but more powerful due to some residual shadow energy left after the Pillars of Friendship defeated that old pony of shadows. I mean COME ON, both had shadow connections.

What does she get in the very end oh you know she's now Twilight Apprentice and gets to live in the tree house consequence-free. Discord legit betrayed them twice already, the second part didn't even matter if he was trying to help Twilight he still brought all the villains together which again basically threaten all of Equestria.

Just because she’s a child doesn’t mean that cozy glow shouldn’t be punished for her actions if a child kills people that child will go to prison

+1 sin for Discord. On the episode Ending of the End Part 1, Discord walks on his legs, but when on Part 2 when Pinkie gets the magic from the bell he literally flies up to Pinkie and take the bell. Bruh, he have wings and are not using it

Is he not mention that Chrysalis won't be affected by the shards since she's a changeling and the fact that when Discord called Tirek a cretin, it means mentally disabled

I did like Tempest’s cameo but of course she can’t make a voice appearance because they can’t afford Emily Blunt for the show.

I honestly hated the last part of the finale. Everything else was great until the villains defeat. First off, the rainbow was to basic, the dazzlings defeat was much more interesting to watch than their defeat. Second I hate it when they turned the villains into stone. Sure they did crimes, but I wanna hear cozy glows and chrysalis origin. And I hate the new twillight and now that everyone is older. And I may upset you guys, but I honestly hate discord. He is sneaky and put the lives of others in danger because he shapeshifted as grogar. And he is very overpowered. This is just my opinion of it so please don't attack me

Actually I didn't know that Grogar was Discord the whole time I thought he was actually real with Discord knowing about their plans and just waiting & I wish they'd bring back the Alicorn Amulet as a MacGuffin as well. But have to admit that was a pretty awesome finale in a way that was actually Grand and the way that everyone from the entire show and movie came to the rescue of the Mane 6 is exactly how I wanted it to end! Of course imprison cozy glow as well as leaving King Sombra for dead along with constant betrayal still on Discord does leave the door open for certent characters in the future to capitalize on this with the one challenge that the Mane 6 has always struggled with that was held questionable after dealing with King Sombra, Cozy Glow, & Tirek: Morality!

7:21 - Speaking of borders... Anyone happened to notice that the Crystal Empire was never attacked by the villains? Cozy Glow attacked Canterlot head on, Tirek just ran over the Pillars and continued on to Canterlot and Chrysalis just decided to wrap up Starlight Glimmer after a quick duel. Also Crystal Empire was completely absent from the final battle.

Starlight could learn spell to destroy green cages cause they made of same material that changlings used to imprison ponies in sixth season and it would be useful to know how to free someone from that.

This finale was extremely sloppy Actually the whole season was, a lot of time was wasted on things that really didn't need to be shown and it just felt like they wasted a lot of time. I felt nothing by the end of The Last Problem, which is the most damning thing I can say about a finale to a show I've followed nearly a decade for.

You know. I wish that Hasbro and the crew A much better ending for the season 9. Not the mention reforming Chrysalis, Cozy glow and tirek. It would be interesting to see them Changing their ways and sideing the good. And They would understand the true meaning of friendship.

Wait Discord can sense a magical imbalance as it was stated in the S4 Finale and that's how he found Tirek right? Shouldn't he have felt if Chrysalis,Tirek and Cozy Glow got the Magic from Grogar's Bell?

How didn't discord hear Cozy glow, Tirek and Chrysalis? We've seen him appear out of nowhere when the mane six mention him

I wished you could have counted that Discord mentioned Tirek's father King Vorax as a sin because it shows that comics may be canon.

The fight scene in this are epic wish they defeated them instead of using friendship laser

The saddest thing about this episode (besides it being the end of the show) is that, The season 4, 6, and 8 finales (along with any piece of mlp fan fiction) feel more like a series finale than the actual one!

This ending was just sad. Discord was the reason everything bad happened again. They had to relearn the very first lesson of the show and they forgot how to actually fight like in season 4. I'm sad to see mlp go on a note like this. But it wasn't unexpected.

You left out a sin, Ocellus has suddenly vanished when the Young 6 were being lifted up into the air and reached with Twilight, her friends, and the Pillars. Look at the clip on 15:36

This doesn't make any sense, why would the writers decide to choose "Grogar was Discord in disguise the whole time"? That's just lazy and makes the entire season 9 a pointless waste of time. No lesson learned; nothing was accomplished or changed (except for Tirek, Cozy Glow, and Chrysalis being turned to stone). They turned Discord into stone twice, so why not a demonic centaur, Changeling queen, and a filly?) Yeah--great way to end My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Totally not a cop-out at all.

Personally I got major Avengers vibes from the finally. The donut scene in the end credit heroes eating swarma, then the barrier scene before that was totally Endgame with literally EVERYONE showing up to help fight. My only Q is that will b the random thing that breaks their stone prison? It took discord to break out Discord, so in 1000 yrs, when it’s only Twilight and maybe Spike, will it be power greed ? Or vengeance? Hatred? Maybe don’t have school groups go right by it.

I hate to be that person and I love mlp but the last season didn't feel right. Cause as the show progressed you'd think Twilight would learn to truly be the embodiment of friendship but she constantly waves back and fourth to being a horrible person throughout the show, specifically that trivia episode, so her ending didn't feel all that well deserved yet

Also, marshmallows have gelatin in them. Which is made of animals like cows, pigs, and it’s often at least rumored to be made of horses. Cows are sentient in MLP.

People always question how it's easy for characters who suddenly receive elite-teir amounts of power to unleash devastating attacks with said power when at the same time, they can't even open a door. To that I say that it's easier to unleash and destroy than it is to contain and control.

My only problem with that episode is that they made Twilight almost useless while Starlight at least could put a decent fight before being temporarily defeated.

I think the BIGGEST flaw about this finale is that discord was grogar the whole time. That is a BIG slap in the face >:(

Kind of a sad that, even after 9 seasons, they still got to use the deus ex machina/mcguffin to finish the battle. No matter how elaborate the bad guys battle plan or all they accomplish. The good guys never actually have to plan anything and are just given the win out of nowhere without earning it. They never win the battle based on their own merits. They are lucky the villians never go to kill them right off the bat. Kind of pisses me off they used the same old shit to finish the show.

sometimes the villians could think better of their revenge plans on the mane six, maybe all of the mane six could have been turned evil by the magic of grogar, and applejack will have to save them all.

One of my main issues is how the bell didn’t fully maximize Tirek but it did for the other 2.

I can't wait for season 10 mlp idw comics. Also i love chrysalis new design. I hope at some point in g5(by the end of season1) the new mane 6 meet each other and go on adventures. I mean that is the formula in every generation of mlp. Edit g5 is a sequel to g4.
