Evidence in the basement shows what Chris Watts did to Shanann

I'm pretty much sure that Chris murdered his family on his own... even if he didn't, it's perfectly possible that he could have. One issue people talk about is how did Chris manage to get Shanann's body from the house to the truck. Look at Chris' workout gear in the basement. He was working out every day, and that bench press gives an indication of what muscle groups would have been strong. Perfectly possible for a guy Chris' size and fitness for him to drag and carry a woman of Shanann's size. Dragging her down the stairs and out of the house, then picking her up fireman's lift style into the truck would not have been excessively difficult for Chris.

Then CW once again got to give NK love and keep her safe. All while the people who killed sweet shannan and those babies got off.

Strange how people with.all the facts and other information not released to the public, such as the police and Shanann's family, think Chris was a grown man of normal intelligence, able to be held accountable about if to have an affair or kill his wife and kids. Only way NK was involved was to show how Chris is such a moron, that as soon as he lost weight and became more muscular, he killed his wife and kids for first woman who made a move on him.

He was also reved up on Thrive patches and adrenaline. He did this awful crime by himself, but his evil Mum and NK were definitely driving forces as well as the financial situation. Normal people (whatever that is), can never understand people like him. We can't understand him by our standards......it's beyond the scope of our imaginations. But it's not just him, its all the child abusers who deliberately or accidentally kill their children through abuse and neglect......like the one we just heard about who scalded a 3 year old to death for pooping his pants. I've had kids, all adults now. At times they used to drive me mad - and I was a solo parent bringing them up alone......but I can't imagine ever deliberately hurting them. I just can't.......

That was my thought too. Wouldn’t that be visible on camera? I realize technology can be faulty. CW definitely wanted to make a point that Nate’s camera didn’t pick up Shannan walking to the front door but did pick up NAs car. Thought that was weird. Just not sure why it was important to him that the cops knew that the camera was faulty in the sense of missing movement. Long story short - could the camera have missed him bringing Shannan to the truck? I don’t see any indication on the video of at what point that happened unless he put her in the back. But he has stuck to the story of putting her into the cab. Not sure how that benefits him if he’s lying.

Not saying something isn’t a crime, people do that in the hood every day. They’ll be sitting on a stoop and literally watch someone get shot and when the cops ask them if they saw anything they say NO! Even if it comes back to the cops that they indeed saw the person get shot, they still didn’t break the law. It would be one person’s word against another person’s word in the end.

Hey Michelle, this might just be a coincidence, but yesterday I watch Watts interview with the FBI agent Coder, I noticed that Watts made two wording errors, firstly he said CAR instead of DOOR when Coder was asking him to go through the first day with him, then later in the interview he was asked where Shannon was after the talk they had before he left to load his truck, and Watts said,(mistakenly) that Shannan NEVER CAME BACK UP THE STAIRS?? My view on people that ‘make mistakes when explaining things’ is because the words that they say first are the very thing that is going on in their brain, hence why Watts said that Shannan never went back up stairs, because, after watching your video just now and you suggested that Watts took her out via the basement,is because she was down in the basement, because she ‘s not the kind of lady that would take his shit and just lay in bed and do nothing, she would 99.99% follow him and challenge him with every being of her body, so he killed her in the basement!!?? Just my thoughts.

At the beginning I think he did start this way , then changed his mind because I think her bodily fluids started to leak out , and maybe some amniotic fluid and he caught on to it . That would explain the strong cleaning products smelling so strong to the lady with the dog . If you go back to the video where the officer is checking the stairway and putting light on the carpet area, there's a stain that's barely visible, like a yellowish stain ,looked like the officer noticed it to. In my opinion, she was in the basement area, then taken out through the back and by the side of the house and possibly put into the red car , back seat or trunk .

My husband who is 6 foot two and 250 pounds could not move my mom and I could not move her. We had to call the fire department. I asked the fireman what the hell was going on, and he said that when people are dead or unconscious they feel like they weigh 3 to 4 times their body weight. Chris would’ve struggled mightily, and when he plopped her into the truck the truck would’ve bobbed and moved. He did not bring her out the front. No way.

I'm certain that he picked up one child outside of the truck. The shadow looked exactly like it would picking up a walking child and putting them in the vehicle. Maybe Cee Cee had brain damage but Bella could still walk. Something like that would be so scary for Bella that I can imagine her just holding her Sister in utter confusion. I'd like to know how he got them in those tiny holes and what happened in the basement? The part that confuses me is when Chris said Nikki gave him a smug look at Court like she had gotten one over on him. I thought she was in love with him but he makes it sound like she was just playing games. Could she really have let three babies die to feed her ego ? Ugh. Giving myself the shivers.

@@JanetMacCallum Due to the footage of Nate's cam, when blown up and in slow motion you can see it's two people. One with fitted skinny jeans and a beige purse similar to what NK took to the police interview and one with regular jeans. I think it's possible Chris could have done it all alone, but I don't think he did and I think NK possibly killed the kids herself and he did Shannan perhaps after drugging her, or he put her on the bench press and lowered the bar, and there was no struggle. I don't think we still know the truth of what happened. I think it's more likely that the kids were already dead, though the shadow is compelling. Alot of ppl are saying he took em out the back basement window. Well those windows are small so here's a thought just for food for thought (if it was out back & he'd have to be extremely quiet cuz of neighbors & no tree to block the view) one easier way to do it (& this way he COULD put her over his shoulder) would be thru the kitchen out the glass door down the steps across the back yard over the small fence & into the truck. Just an observation & since he was really pushed for time out the basement window takes too much time plus over those railings surrounding the windows & up onto the ground. The cop had to jump down into a small space to knock on the windows

The camera detects motion from down the street according to the owner of it.. there couldn't be other people out there if they left via a normal entrance of that house. These other people would have had to arrive by some other way like their own vehicle. To Chris's knowledge at the time, the only thing that would have been recording anyone would be his Ring camera, which he thought would only activate if a person came within range of about the first step to the front door. It actually picked up Shan'ann walking up a few feet farther out but it wouldn't have activated from motion at the farthest garage door. The neighbors camera however, did activate at anyone coming or going from the Watt's front door or garages. Chris questions him about this when at his house saying it might not detect everything going on in that small visible portion of his driveway, and the neighbor tells him that it would, and even pick up motion farther out than that.. That's when Chris started making the oh shit face. He realized he was on camera with his truck in a position to load bodies in a 45 minute or so window... He knew the camera was there but didn't think it would be recording. Maybe he figured the truck itself moving might set it off, so he'd let it sit there for some time til the camera stopped. As for a video showing the body being dragged through the garage, it would have had to be some mysterious camera across the street at a neighbors. The truck was basically blocking view of the garage, Shan'anns car was blocking view from one side, and any open sliver of view into the garage from across the street would have been so obscured I just don't see it.. I feel like the video in question is the one we've all seen. I don't see why he couldn't have just made it possible to back his truck up entirely into the empty space in that 2 car garage. He could have done it in the super early morning hours as to avoid witnesses confirming him doing it and noting it as odd. While it also appears he is moving back and forth loading things in the neighbors video, it just doesn't ever seem to me like the actual weight of an adult body is being drug and shoved into the truck. The window and opportunity for him to do it was there though so it's safe to assume he actually did it. If he was indeed loading a few dead bodies into his truck, I see no reason for any accomplices to actually be standing out there in full view where any neighbors could see them, especially if they were not actively helping him load the body or something. There's a possible scenario where Chris would have had someone else do the killing, but for him to also actually be there at the time and dispose of the bodies would make no damn sense and basically defeat the whole purpose.

We can see from Zav Girls video Watts walking quickly backwards dragging SWs body in he sheet on the driveway to the open truck door, where he heaves her up onto the back seat, not the floor. Then we can see him through a gap in the hedge with both back doors open and the inner truck light on, him arranging her body in the back seat wrapped in the sheet. When the sheet was found near SWs grave they photographed it to show the concrete dust, drag marks and snags in the fabric from being dragged on his driveway. There is no way two live children sat on that back seat with their feet on their dead mother. So they had to be elsewhere in the truck, dead or alive. I believe they were dead.

One I remember was a religious Catholic who killed his pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter with fishing spear guns.......they died in agony. John List was an obsessive rigidly religious man who didn't drink or do drugs, and he shot his wife, his mother and his 3 teenage children, then he escaped away to a new life under a new identity, and it took them over 20 years to catch him. Family annihilators are usually meticulously organized so can't be high or drunk. Only Watts hadn't counted on NA and her son Nick showing up within a few hours of the murders.

First things first. If any of you have ever been in an argh with your significant other you all know you can be arguing and time goes by fast. It’s 2 am next thing you know it’s 4 or 5 am I guess what I’m trying to say is I don’t think they even went to sleep. I think most definitely NK was there, but she was down in the basement. During the argument with Shanann I think eventually NK came up to help. This is not something Chris could have done all on his own in just a couple hours. Think about the process involved in killing 3 people and then trying to conceal what you did. Do you think Chris had the nerve in him to follow this out by himself 🤔 I don’t think he did. All of it makes no sense to me. And him saying in his prison interview when they asked him what he brought to bury Shanann and he says a shovel, rake , and a weed whacker. He said we he was recalling someone else being there. To many inconsistencies in his story. I could be way off, but this just doesn’t seem like he has it in him to plan this out and carry it out all by himself. There’s a completely different story to what happened and what he told ain’t it.

I can't believe I keep hearing to this day , that the red car was coming out of neighbor Betty's driveway , but that's impossible because there are windows on that side of her home , they wrap around and more windows on that side . Betty's driveway is actually on the side of the house as you go to her front door . The car on the video was on the rock gravel that's on the Watt's property. There's many videos that clearly show the area in question , you could see where the gravel section is , and where Betty's driveway is . Also have a feeling she could have been put in the back seat or the trunk of the red car . It could have also been a rental car that was used and taken back . It wouldn't have been as quickly traced to whoever drove it . Unless the detectives kept this info hush-hush, I wonder if they questioned it or investigated it at all ? He didn't act alone, that clock was ticking ,almost daylight in a matter of a couple of minutes.

Hi Michelle, maybe you could do a video on this-- We know that when Chris backed his truck into the driveway, the big hose & reel are NOT sitting in the back, however when he has to return to the house because of the wellness check, the hose & reel ARE in the back. When did that gear get put back in? That footage of his truck coming home- shows the hose & reel STILL missing from the back, could that have had anything to do with those minutes that he supposedly stopped for, before pulling up to the house. Could he have left the gear somewhere close & hidden it amongst the construction sites. Would look just like some equipment for workers in the area. Just a thought- How does gear in the back of his truck DISAPPEAR & then REAPPEAR ???

Chris's posture and pace would have changed, carrying someone of Shanann's size to load into the truck, didn't see that on the tape. Also didn't see anything being drag under the truck, I also did not see any part of Shanann or the sheet should he have used the cradling position to move her to the truck. If he used that carrying position, he would have had to have her body at an almost impossible angle not to have caught at least a glimpse of her head, a more bulky shadow under the truck or him struggling with her weight.

What back door? Those tracks stop at the fence, there's no gate. Why go through all that trouble, how would he, or even they if they were 2, get her body over the fence? Makes no sense. Plus, he is seen dragging something heavy to the truck through Nate's camera!

I was wondering if you could address something i heard another channel. that there is a picture of shananns grave site at cervi 319, that shows two smaller graves that had been dug. @@bedtimeclown Who would photograph it before the police got there? They only had a clue where to look after they sent a drone over the site looking for clues while Watts was being interviewed at the police station. They knew from his GPS he left the house and went straight to Cervi 319 and they knew his family could only have been in the truck......so they had clues where to look even before he confessed. But the drone picked up the sheet blowing in the wind so they were sure then that at least one body was at that site. I think they expected to find all 3 of them buried but to their shock, that wasn't the case.

Pardon the morbid question, but I still can’t fathom how he got those little girls in those oil tanks. Hip, shoulder and head width / circumference wouldn’t fit. The autopsy reports didn’t mention broken bones. Even if he stomped them in, there would’ve been fractured bones. Those tank holes are tiny. Also, one of the tanks was only filled with a foot and a half of oil. That meant the one girl would fall almost 19 feet. Wouldn’t she have sustained broken bones from that alone?

Ok I see what you are saying, however I look at it this way from a logical standpoint. Even if we say look how strong a person is we have still got two pieces of evidence to take into consideration. Number one, even if he was regarded as strong by his own admission he had wrist carpal tunnel issues and let's face it to believe he got her into that tiniest space in that truck almost defies the laws of physics. And second there was never any hit on that truck for a cadaver ever being present in it. And LE will agree with what I have just said because they never treated that truck as a crime scene nor did they keep it for evidence. And even if he took a plea deal or whatever they are required by law to still build up their evidence and have all their ducks in a row, so to speak just incase it ever did go to trial, or there was another trial in the future.

Quite possible but if we believe Chris he had already dropped her and had to drag her down the stairs. He then had to transport her to the garage. Getting her into that small floorboard area would have been difficult by himself. Then he claims to place trash bags either on or around her leg area and head shoulder area. It's possible but I just don't know. I go back and forth on whether there were other people present at that time. It would be easier to believe he placed her in the bed of the truck instead of the backseat because he did remove the large tubing from the bed. Where did he put the tubing?? Even in the bed of the truck he would be running a huge risk of someone seeing her. But to carry a body out of the front of the house when somebody could drive by is a huge risk as well. I just don't know.....

Dragging someone down the stairs is more difficult than shoulder carrying someone fireman's lift style. Bear in mind he would be being careful to avoid making a mess. Once down the stairs, carrying someone Shanann's size would not be a massive problem for a fit person. I could do it and I'm not young and not as fit as CW. He did not remove anything from the back of the truck.
