He couldn't talk unless he testified. He didn't need to talk . I think Judge Manning saw that he had to prove he's the father, and then he can go after visitation and, hopefully, custody. This woman just didn't seem believable.

Exactly what I was thinking. If I felt my partner was being inappropriate in these ways with my daughter, I would've left after the first incident. If she really believed he was doing these things, why would she allow it to continue for so long? It doesn't make sense to me.

My family visited Disney World when I was young. Bedroom had 2 queen beds. My parents had one, my brother and I had the other. My brother and I kept farting all night and laughing while yelling IT WASN'T ME. My mom eventually got pissed and yelled at us to knock it off so everyone could sleep. My dad agreed. Everyone fell silent for about 30 seconds. Then my Dad farted louder than anything I'd ever heard and yelled IT WASN'T ME. My Mom was so mad. Almost 30 years ago. I love my family.

I am sure that you had evidence. She hasn’t taken any pictures or videos, didn’t call CPS or anything. It didn’t bother her until they broke up. Scared or not, if you think your child is being abused, you call CPS. Mother’s normally protect their child at all costs.

I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter. I'm fortunate enough to make enough money so that our family can live comfortably with my partner being a full time parent (she's a goddess of a mother). Usually she handles it, but I take care diapers, baths, and potty training when necessary. I always feel weird about it but I know it's an important part of my perfect little girl's development and I want her to be well adjusted so I avert my eyes as much as I can and do what needs to be done. I love my little girl.

Messes end up being everywhere and it’s gotta be cleaned out or bacteria is an issue. It’s the stigma of being a man that’s the problem. My kids have children and they have young dads who send texts about their baby’s diapers being the worst things ever 😂 and how difficult & disgusting it is to change them - sometimes it’s a pull-up diaper change too.. we all laugh about it. I was think thinking the exact things. A lot of men especially young men will feel completely validated watching this video when it comes to openly expressing them selves. Every family is different. My mom, my sister and I used to walk around nude getting ready for work/school, use the bathroom while another is using the shower, and of course there was the fart jokes. But, we are all females. But (again), every family is different. It's about the intention, and I think she's twisting this stuff to make it seem $exual, when it's really not.

You need to re-think your life choices and what brought you to a toxic human and kept you there making excuses for their behavior until you decided it could work in your favor in a custody case to get a TPO. Oh, but only after the attempt at getting DFCS involved failed.

Rick Taylor. Have you ever thought that recounting events it brings back some of the emotions felt at time of incidents abuse just like ptsd brings back the memories emotions of the events. Yes their are women who do what you say and abuse the system and lie but their are also men who manipulate the system as well and lie and who falsified through testimony as well.My husband tried to have me murdered several times in our marriage and even kidnapped me taking me my car to middle of no were bar and when I tried to get my keys back he beat me out side of the place in front of all people that were outside then let me up I then ran to the dirt road not really knowing were I was at because he made so many turns lots of them I didn't and couldn't tell were I was at and no cell phones during those years .He then chased after me but got in my car and proceeded trying to run me over I turned right of the road to get out of the way of the car and fell in an 8ft trenche for drainage along side the road across the road someone's house yelling at me as I crawled out of it to come here we will help you so I did .At that point before going across the road he took off left I went across the road the woman helped me but the men were all like you had to have done something for him to beat you You did something to make him beat you. I couldn't believe what I was hearing they said if a woman get beaten by a man it's her fault she did something to make him doit.This is just a small part of the nightmare I was forced to live. O if you leave I'll kill you I have people watching you .I'll take the kids I know people people in high places and more. He lied all the time to his mom to his friends to everyone I was the bad one And child hood friends didn't even know he was married.But finally one last time I was able to leave had a job a car I was paying for and he managed to have his name on the car.That and more is a semi long true story and also got a lone on the car when I all most had it payed off. Even when for the last time getting away from him to my parents in a whole NOTHER County and had to drive all way to the other county for work he follow me even came to my job and pretending to be sobbing and he just loves me and all in front of coworkers who knew I came to work with black eyes marks on my arms me and kids he still stalk me even pounding on my parents door at 10oclk pm even telling me he'll have my parents kill as their driving out of their dirt road. It was terrifying to say the least. Some women don't survive male brutal abuses like him.Im very lucky.after all that he still through his lies he still got custody every other weekend. The kids were afraid of him and new what he can do.You have no idea what some women go through and for men and women the lie and abuse the justice system and courts is appalling and pisses me off.And children the middle. He's dead now of alcohol and speed pills since he was 17 teen years old .

And another thing people always blame the victim abused woman for not leaving The abusers you have no idea how dangerous it is to leave a true abuser. It's usually the most deadly thing to do . Have to have a plan job is key putting money into an account and have a mail box at post office for any mail paid for not bringing any of that mail home but having with a trusted friend if possible. Have all important papers birth certificates any and all important papers in secret spot or with friend if possible clothes and any other items needed to go bags when the time is right to leave. And if no job it's almost impossible to leave but can be done but way not as the ability as if you had money from a job . Why don't she just leave him.Those people don't have a clue of what that takes In abusive situations. But I tell you if what she's saying is true he would be arrested and I would have video nanny cams everywhere the cameras can be put in many things. And proof of it would be keeper with friend or locked in safe or hidden in safe place in house would be best.sherrifs would be called. He would be a child molester getting her to think it's normal and it's not at all.

I agree... my mother in law is a nudist.. everyone has seen her naked. we dont look at it as anything sexual cause it's not. she just doesn't like clothes and believes you should be allowed to where what god gave you. being a nudist is common around the world and its not looked at as sexual.
