If you’ll act this way in a serious situation, in front of authority, then the even more out of control behavior being described by the complainant is more credible.

No… think about it. Manning isn’t working with her emotions. She has a job to do. She’s not gonna let someone’s attitude distract her from the work. She could care less, she’s still gonna make the appropriate judgment. Who has time to react to every attitude when you have multiple cases? Save ya self some time and stress.

I think Judge Manning is also aware of the type of people she’s working with. It’s not like these are educated or well off or knowledgeable people, unfortunately. So she meets them at their level. It’s unfortunate but I really believe they don’t know any better. She knows it too.

It's owned by the grandmother, but she doesn't live there, so it probably isn't covered by the TPO. The judge didn't say exactly what order she was imposing, so it is difficult to know how problematic it is going to be. I agree, it is probably going to be problematic, though. This should be handled by the parents in family court, not by the grandmother getting a TPO.

They refuse to get along and they put themselves before the needs of their children. They fight in front of them and then these kids have different men and women in and out of their lives. Going to a property the grandma owns causing a scene is in fact doing something to the grandma & it's also affecting the other grandkids. As a landlord, when neighbors who are also family members call me about disturbances on my property I move to evict IMMEDIATELY as it is in my lease regarding disruption of peace to neighbors, quiet times, police calls etc. Mom getting that tpo is what's best. She can over there & act accordingly or go to jail. Simple.
