Wenning has several good points here. I was able to get a way bigger back with the slow eccentric. I feel that back and biceps are more for static holding or slow moving than chest or triceps are.

Great to hear there's no right or wrong way, just different. If you're experiencing discomfort or not "feeling it" change up. Back in the day we called it instinctive training. I've never seen that upturned pull down bar, would love to give that a try

The beautiful thing about the law of commendation is well you can blame it on variations of other workouts that once you become too accustomed you just switch workouts and then cycle back through whenever you get ready to test where your muscle memory is.

That first machine, the diverging lat pull down. Isn't that a "bad" machine because it diverges? That elbow path looks like it would be one hell of a rear delt exercise but not so much for lats because it doesn't bring the elbow close enough to the ribcage.

A good video would be how to program a pull up routine for someone who is intermediate in training. For example I can do about 7 pull ups at a body weight of 220. How to get stronger and how often to train this movement :)

Do you have a video for monkey grip vs full grip. I feel like monkey grip has many benefits. 1. is a more natural grip 2.finger grip strength 3.it is easier For full grip it feels a little unnatural grip when you over do it. Do you know what is better i don’t know what to do i do both but i just want to stick to one what is best for overall strength i dont want something easy that might hinder me from gripping things etc

Any particular exercise will only become easier if you don't add weight to bar. Your body will never get comfortable if you keep adding weight to the bar. But if you go to the gym and perform any exercise, always with the same weight their will be no new growth.
