1. If the market is going strongly in one direction, adjust your call or put options accordingly.
2. You must exit all your positions when the MTM is negative from 1% to 1.50%.
He avoids trading in Bank Nifty because it has a lot of big moves, making it more likely for sudden losses and spikes after breaking a support level.Praful explains that just selling options without considering other factors doesn't work well nowadays. He says the losses happen mainly because either you're not doing things optimally or the market is going against you.
He also believes there are no quick and easy ways to succeed. Whether you're doing short-term trading or not, always think long-term.
