Love this content! I much prefer sport specific movements that will lead to overall improvement in your chosen sport. Good to see you out of your comfort zone a bit also

Workouts like this are Much more fun and gets you in shape. Played Football back than.. after that I was doing some typical bro splits in the gym but im just back doing stuff like this 🔥 love it

While not as precise as the BFR gear in the video, I found some decent elasticated straps online some time ago. After watching this, I'm going to have to dust them off! Great video.

Sorry to destroy the hype of this video but alot of inaccurate advice throughout video. Look up cal dietz triphasic training alot of detail that supports against what guy on video is advising. Down to rep amount. Not coming up fast and alot more. If want to be explosive and fast this is wrong way to do contrast training. Don't @ me! Do own research
