This workout was incredible, a BRUTAL sport style strength and conditioning workout which is similar to what NFL, Basketball players, Rugby etc would do during their training.

Love this style of training. Obi I love that you prove that you can be super fit aswell as super strong and aesthetic. Really bored of some bodybuilders who do 0 cardio and athletic movements because it “kills your gains”. Gym should be all about fitness and health not just how you look.

Obi, I love to see your appreciation for the difficulty of other styles of workouts. As a crossfitter, you really understand the physical non-stop demand that a crossfit workout offers...but it's so cool to see you try other stuff too! More collaborations like this please!

This is the first time I take the time to comment a video but, I’ve just realize that show some appreciation (specially in social media)is always a good thing and this video, the trainer and the trainee, worth it! I think the difference betweeen this type of training and crossfit is that in strenght and conditioning, every rep count, his execution and the effort you put on it. I’m looking forward to see more content, thumbs up from Spain!

I've been doing CrossFit for a couple of years and now starting to prep myself to get back into playing footy (league) after 13 years. Since starting last week on footy training trying to get my footwork and explosiveness back... I realized I've lost a lot of my coordination ,agility and speed since joining CrossFit lol (I aint complaining because I'm lifting 100 times heavier when i was playing) Haha! This video is so perfect for me right now in activating every part of my body as well as my mental focus. This video is 2 years old but man this video popped up to me randomly at the most needed time. Thank you Obi! Your a complete beast brother, would love to see more workouts like this. Coach is a beast too!

And those that have taught those athletes how to read and write and do math i.e. teachers get paid shit or the firefighters that train to put out fires so their multi million dollar homes dont burn down get paid squat in comparison and firefighters put their lives at risk, and cops . The moral of this comment EVERYONE TRAINS FOR SOMETHING WHETHER IT BE A TEACHER, COP,FIREFIGHTER, ETC...ITS JUST THAT SOME SHOULD ACTUALLY GET PAID WHAT THESE ATHLETES GET PAID.
