Hi Donna fab video, find you more help than the classes😊, have been trying weight watchers but find I eat a lot of ready meals so not good, so yet again looking at slimming world again great video xx

Hi thanks i have enjoyed watching you speak about sp.im doing one today but didnt think i had small banana gutted.plus mug shot 1%.am i best starting again tomorrow & not having 2 b choice.im looking forward to seeing more of your videos x

Hi Donna, wonderful video as usual, I didn't know about not having Yogurt when your on sp. That's helped me, you explained it so well, I'm going to have another go at sp now, like you I will do it for a few days a week, lets hope it gives my weight loss a little boost, I'm struggling at the min. xxx

Raw baby spinach makes a nice bed for curry. You just need to dry it very well after washing, though, or it will make the curry watery. The flavour works and the curry semi-wilts the spinach, which is nice.

Can you have syns on an SP day? I know that sounds silly, but if you're meant to only snack on speed food I'm unsure if you can have syns haha I meant to ask my consultant last night but completely forgot! That top looks lovely on you x

If you eat quorn pieces or mince, tvp or naturally smoked or plain tofu they are vegetarian p choices :)

With you having the syn allowance are you able to have synned yoghurt?

+Helen Kennedy I don't think you can syn anything that is free on extra easy, so you wouldn't be able to.

yes i made the yogurt error when i tried sp so i stopped sp and did ee instead. i then had to syn my extra b choice. not to worry, the scales should still be ok tomorrow :)

Hi Donna, love you videos. I do alternate EE and SP days throughout the week (I just don't lose on all EE) and just wanted to recommend swede as an alternative for potatoes. I love it grated and then cooked like a rosti - brilliant for breakfast, or as a topping to chicken casserole, shepherds pie etc - also good to make SW onion bhaji's to go with mayflower curry. Haven't tried it chipped but it may work.

I was told by my consultant that as long as a synable yoghurt is part of your normal diet you can still have it on sp so long as you continue to syn it as normal. but you can't if not part of normal diet.

You would then be on EE so would need to refrain from having a 2nd HEXB.

I done sp for a week and I gained half a pound, I had no idea why. I was eating yogurt, must of been that :( glad I know now :)

Aw bless you 😕 Yes it's a myth that you can have yoghurt even if it's synned. Hope you get a better result now you know x
