A beautiful design. However... The external laundry is a no-go for me. Why? Possible security issue. Bad weather. More probability of maintenance issues with the machine being outside.

Hello. I really love this design. 🥰 It inspired me to design an 18sqm Loft House with 2 bedrooms (with doors). Bigger bedroom has a queen sized bed, a closet and a small bathroom. Smaller bedroom has a double deck bunk beds with closets. Thanks for the inspiration. 😊🙏 Btw, I am just using the Android phone app Floor Plan Creator. It's not as amazing are your rendering. But I wish I could show you my design. 😊

Hi Sir Cabe, Actually this design is 6m by 3m ground floor and 3m by 4m loft , so its almost the same! What we could do to fit this design in 3x3.5 loft is to switch 1 bed to a single size bed! Hope this helps ! & Thanks for watching ! ❤

Hi thanks for your interest! Since this is only the conceptual phase, the estimate is based on rate per sqm which is 15,000 per sqm ((c) lamudi) No high-end finishes,furnitures,fixtures,labor All rough-ins, paint only, like a bare house. So its safe to assume the starting is P300k (Since this is simple loft project Architect's fee varies from 6-12% of actual cost of project. *also varies on project complexity) Note: Your hired proffesional can adjust to your preffered budget. Gross floor area is 30sqm 30sqmx15,000 if Bare type Rough Estimate = Php 450K 30sqmx 25,000 if standard finishes = Php 750k the 12sqm of it is loft that will be cheaper. I hope this helps!

Hi KIM J I get your point, but this design is a mixture of minimalist/modern/korean not pure korean design, inspired only. Its a more personalized design I made for a budget house that would sit in a tropical country like the Philippines. Such as the use of tiles, polished concrete walls, outdoor laundry, and etc. Based on my K-inspired apartment pegs, k-design includes the use of plain light paints, use of light wood, minimal furniture, hugs natural light, low furnitures, clean look and etc. I hope you could take a closer look again! & Thanks for taking interest on this vid! As duas camas queen size sugerem uma área de dormir. A largura da casa tem combinação de teto alto, então não é tão apertada. Além disso, este é o conceito de design de casa "minúscula". tudo que eu projetei passou no código mínimo. Esses conceitos são para quem possui pequenas terras. @@YRBDesigns Pois é e não entendi ainda esse conceito do tal teto alto dos lofts, porque pra mim se trata de uma área não proveitosa no andar superior e eu não sei qual é a necessidade funcional disso. No caso do pavimento acima eu acho estranho uma família toda dormindo em camas de casal, mas o mundo hoje beira situações meio absurdas, ainda mais se tratando de metrópoles entupidas. Imagina dois ou 3 filhos homens dormindo tudo numa cama só que complicado...

@@PONTOCRITICO Eu vejo seu ponto, O teto alto na área de atividade principal permite que o espaço pareça maior. Projetei esta casa especialmente para as Filipinas, os filipinos costumam dormir com seus irmãos, É até comum ter 1 quarto para crianças + pais. porque o quarto é usado apenas como espaço para dormir. Atividade principal sempre na área da Living DIning Kitchen. Assim, este projeto atende apenas 2 crianças / adolescentes 2 adultos / pais. Ou apenas 2 adultos, casais jovens começando. Eu sei que existem vastas condições de vida lá fora, mas esta configuração é apreciada nas Filipinas. Assim, o título diz Budget House em PH, Muito obrigado pelo seu interesse e por compartilhar suas perspectivas na seção de comentários. Pensei em projetar um tipo de casa pequeno, mas suficiente, que fiz em meu outro vídeo, The Muji Style House. Por favor, dê uma olhada

This only makes sense as a digital design. How would this be build? There is no actual architectural design.... that back wall is all glass? How is it framed? An actual building plan would've been much more helpful.

Yes for Design purposes only :) its only 6x3 can be build on concrete/steel frame / wood frame
