It's Jin's 100 days in the military today! Thank you for this. We miss our loving and caring eldest... 🎉😢

Jin is now a commander and assistant at the training camp. Private First Class - he taught his unit a chore dance, Jin wrote the Korean lyrics and Chris loved them. He was not used to being alone w/o the other members so Chris and the Coldplay really embraced him. This was his first time singing this song to a live crowd... the song was only out a few days and the crowd knew the words already.

when this concert ended, every army in that stadium were crying and hugging each other despite they didn't knew each other. and that was the power of BTS. although we are from different parts of the world but we treat each other like a family. they bring us together and bind us together with their music.

Jin was actually teary-eyed when he was performing and wasctrying so hard to hold his tears as this was his last stage performance before enlisting.

God, the amount of time I cried watching and listening to this performance. I just love how coldplay embraced jin. And I love the relationship bts members develop with their idols and the people they look upto. Coldplay, jcole, nas, they all just seem to recognise the sincerity and pure love that bts has towards them. Even today, and it's been like close to a 100 days since jin left, Chris Martin carries around a plushy character that was made by jin during concert performances. It's just cute af.

Jin is one of the biggest Coldplay fan and it was he was the reason behind BTS × Coldplay "My Universe " collab happened in the first place (according to chris martin). He was even gifted Chris's personal guitar. The Astronaut was so special because it was a surprise good bye gift for us fans and with in a very short period of time the song sky rocketed in the charts. Its already been 100 days since his enlistment and this song is one of the reasons that keep us going on. Jin is my bias even though I love 7 of them. He practically has something that makes me love him every day more and more. He's so talented and after seeing so many videos of him upto now I know that he's more than what we see. Whether it's his vocal,acting, dancing or even in sports. And jin was the reason why I became a army at first and here I am after years later still stanning him 💜. He loves to goof around also he is blunt as heck when it comes to replying to army tweets and comments. Love this lejindary man a lot. He has many amazing solo songs such as "abyss " which he released on his birthday but it's not a happy song. Its another song like "awake" and "tonight" ,kinda dark and sad as he wrote it when he went through a burnout (he had to go through therapy as well). jin is person who is hard on himself and it's sad but thanks to the members and people around him,he's holding everything up pretty well. Plus his OST "yours" for the Kdrama Jirisan is another banger (manifesting actor Jin to happen when he discharge from the military since he's theatre major graduate from one of the prestigious university in S.Korea where he enrolled on top 1% with an early admission) . Jin is such a beloved person. He touches the hearts of so many. It's hard not to miss him but I'm still happy for him that he's been doing so well in the military so far. No surprise there. Like Namjoon says, Jin does well wherever he goes. This song was such a beautiful farewell.

Chris is the front man of the British band Coldplay. Since Coldplay went to Korea to record the song My Universe, they became really good friends. I'm incline to say that Jin has a special connection with Chris. When Coldplay was in Vegas for a show around the same time as BTS PTD concert, Chris gave his favorite guitare to Jin. Chris was also a special guess at the BTS show to sing My Universe. A few months back, I was watching an interview with Coldplay and when the host said something, well, let's say not very nice, Chris did not let it slide. He told the host that their band members feel very protective of BTS. Seeing the host's face and how he tried to redeem himself was very funny.💜💜💜

BTS has given us SO many moments like this. I miss Jin so much, and now J Hope will leave soon, so I imagine I'll be crying for him soon.

Yes, this was initially created by Coldplay, but it's JIN's song. They worked on it together, and JIN actually changed the melody and added his Korean lyrics to it. When it was created, Chris Martin had JIN's ideas on what he wanted. So please remember this is JIN's solo track. I am really happy that you watched the live performance. I cried when the song came out, and I listened to it non-stop. Then when this performance came out, It hit me hard. Thanks for watching this special performance. Jin was very nervous indeed, and Chris and the others looked after him with special care. It might seem odd to hear that one of the most famous singers in the world who is used to singing - snd sometimes playing - in front of audiences of 10s of 1000s, would be nervous, but I think Lin is one member who gives more credit for what he does to all the other members. He's also spoken about how, when one of them is not with the group, he is uncomfortable, anxious, as if he had lost his wallet or his phone. I think they all feel similarly to that. So to hear Chris's deeply empathic introduction, and see his embrace was indeed very touching. It is rare in any culture I think for a heterosexual male to kiss the neck of another male,, but this was such a genuine gesture of care and respect that no wonder it plucked you heart. I'd also like to compliment you on your screen layout - we can see each of you and it allows you to provide a large and clear image of what you are watching. Excellent.
