Do you have to drill out the hole in the factory axle brackets? If so how do you add adjustable arms later with the hole drilled out?

You have a die grind a hole to make these work, then if you change arms or lifts you are screwed. Not a good idea to use these

Those will not make the arm longer lol. They’ll move the position of the pivot point.
