My bike left me stranded and it wouldn’t crank in the woods two hours later after towing it thru deep mud found those two wires loose on my new bike 2022

Yep. Dam near stranded 10miles in Ocala Forrest cause of this. Once I got cell service back on phone. Went looking for troubleshooting help and seen your video you did on it months and months ago. Now I tell everyone to check theirs

I just bought a 2024 and it seems to not want to start while in gear and clutch engaged. Could this be the issue or should I look at something else? Seems to start every time if im in neutral

Nice Job. I can confirm with my 2017. Had starting problems out of nowhere. It took me 60 minutes to find the problem.

What is your recommended torque spec for these?

Its a 6mm bolt so in the 6 ft lbs range

My 2020 cranks but won’t turn over after I ride it for a good 30 min it just cranks and leaves my stranded

Did you figure out the issue. My 2020 started this today. It’s too late now to check if this is the issue but it ran fine before winter. Went to get to today. Made sure battery was fully charged and it just cranks but will not turn over and my engine light is flashing

Yeah the Japanese makers in general will be obsolete soon anyways.they stopped innovating a decade ago and stuck with 10k model ATVs, while the American makers like Polaris and BRP has taken the market forward in 20-60k+ premium ATV and UTV's. Idk wtf is going on with Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki but it's a big disappointment.
