Hello Ben. In this video you have mentioned that you apply the caulking while you are sewing (or after with a syringe). My questions is if you also apply the caulking in all the face area? in the eyelids area too? How do you set the eyelids in the position that you want and how will you preserve that shape? Because when they are getting dry they will take the shape whatever they want at least a little. Sorry for my extend. Hopefully you could answer me

Hi Eduardo, I didnt notice this message.yes you can apply the caulking with syringe wherever is needed. if you want to apply it on the face , you can gently apply it with a little brush before gluing the face.. simply paint the caulking on the inside of the skin while you are pulling it over the head or neck... unless you are so strong so you can squeeze the caulk out of a small syringe. haha.

I have watched a few more of your videos and the treatment for glue and set the eyelids and facial skin in birds is becoming clearer to me, glue, clay, pins, eye rings etc. it's a matter of dealing with the shrinkage with the best of our abilitys. dumb question: what do you soak these in, that they're always wet? Borax+alum solution? or are they wet from washing with soap n water?

just washed. I mount first then blow dry.

How hard is it for a beginner ( 3 quarters of a year), To start Do a dwarf owl ? ( question from a customer)

I’d suggest him to do a couple of larger sized owls first so he can get familiar how different owls are then he can test his patience and skills on the smallest owl.
