My brother went to a Falling In Reverse concert for this girl he was seeing at the time. They had VIP tickets to meet the band backstage, when they got there Ronnie told security that my brother was dealing drugs (he wasnt) and he got kicked out but Ronnie took his girl backstage still. True story

Just to note, after the microphone incident, the venue banned all hard rock/heavy metal performers in perpetuity - meaning that through his stupidity he cost other acts potential gigs. Also, apart from the reprehensible criminal element, there's something so...sad about being an adult and going to a high school parking lot to fight teenagers.

I used to work at a music magazine a few years ago, they put him on the cover with limited edition signed prints. Like, we make prints, send them to the label or pr, the artist signs it, they send it to the us and the distributor so it goes in the magazine. Sounds easy, except mr Ronald was being too much of a diva and just didn't feel like doing it so his label made brand new prints with the signature already on them and sent them back to us. We were about to ship out fake signed prints until one of our guys noticed like "hey doesn't it look kinda matte to you guys?". So yeah, he's an absolute ass, no idea why the label keeps up with him. They made him sit down and force him to sign the prints and sent us photos as proof so they wouldn't have a breach of contract, but man, what a clown. Putting him on the cover was already a risky move (he was already in the controversial zone, but not as much as now, I believe) but that's also when they decided to just not put him on the cover again.

The straw that broke the camel's back for me was when Ronnie tried to start beef with I Prevail (one of my favorite metalcore bands) because they made a "reimagined" version of one of their songs, around the same time that FIR made a "reimagined" song too. Fortunately, I Prevail didn't give him the response he wanted, so he gave up.

I saw Falling in Reverse at warped tour before I knew who they were. Ronald was without a doubt the douchiest performer of the day. He refused to play the next song until everyone sat down on the muddy grass. Made a whole scene about it. My friend I came with was like “if I ever run into that guy it’s on site”

I really loved Falling in Reverse when I was in highschool and even went to a live performance, I still consider it one of the best live shows I have ever seen, but much like Ye you just have to appreciate what they WERE and not what they ARE. I will always appreciate the impact that music had on me, but I will not defend or ignore the terrible actions this guy has committed, nor support him financially by buying his music. I think more people need to realise that listening to music is not a binary choice.

My band was supposed to play their first tour (no clue why). They ended up not being ready for it so instead of dropping off they had their booking agent say the whole tour was cancelled to save face, and it wasn't and this was hours before the first show when we just drove to California from Florida to start this tour. Our booking agent and the other bands booking agents had to basically rebook the whole tour just so we'd still get our guarantee but hardly anyone came to the shows because people thought they were cancelled.

I knew a guy who was the worlds biggest Falling In Reverse Fan and would sit there and try to make me listen to all their songs and i cannot emphasize enough the sheer relief I felt when his playlist would play imagine dragons or fallout boy instead. I remember seeing him play at Warped Tour back in '15 or '16 cussing at his fans to "get the f up" because they were sitting down and chilling while watching his band play live.
