Hi, thanks for you kind words.Students who are legally living in the country can bring their dependents. The key thing here is that you have to show that you have the financial means to take care of your dependents including finances, accommodation, health insurances that covers all the family members. PhD researchers are mostly employed by the university so they have a reasonable good salary which may make it easier to fulfill those conditions. Now other students category have to also satisfy the same conditions and the onus is on the student to fulfil the conditions of bringing their dependents as stipulated by the law. Above all dont forget that your primary responsibility of coming to the country is to study,hence other needs should follow at the right time but patiently. Regards Nuel

It is a fantastic course, but be ready for an intensive study time with many practical classes. Your background seems related to the programme, and you should be eligible to apply. Just write a letter of appeal......I applied for the same program. Same rejection on the basis of' other ranking among applicants not good enuf to pass the numerous clauses...I appealed and received like an automated message few minutes after appealing
