We just tossed our lines in Sanford, FL - ending Y-Not's 4 year pandemic stay! Join us for a fond farewell from our nomadic basecamp as we set off to resume our Great Loop!

We're Cherie & Chris and we've been full time technomads since 2006. We are owned by Kiki (meow).
We have a fleet of nomadic vessels that we split our time between - a 1961 GM 4106 vintage bus, a 1999 Bayliner 4788 motor yacht and a 2020.5 Travato GL van conversion. You'll find RV, van and boat life content here, as we feel inspired to share - sometimes topical, sometimes travelogues, sometimes just hanging out.
We love sharing a slice of our life with others, and also blog at www.technomadia.com, Facebook and Instagram. We use the name 'Technomadia' in all those places. Come join the adventure however you choose!
Income generation is NOT a goal of ours under the 'Technomadia' brand - we do this for fun.
Our full time 'job' is running the Mobile Internet Resource Center, where we track and educate RVers and cruisers on their options for keeping connected. Good luck. My wife and I completed the loop in 2018 and then sold our boat and we’re RVing now. Our home port was Georgetown, SC. Loved it!!

We never thought a base would feel right.. but it sure did for a while. Exactly what we needed to make our transition to semi-retirement and get our fitness on track.

If talking heads with some B-Roll isn't your jam.. you'll be much happier moving along. That's just our style and all we have time for, we are not professional video producers who have the energy or interest in creating pro-level immersive videos that typically take 30-40 hours to create.. each. We have many friends who do KZfaq for a living, and they have to make it a full time job to create what they do. We already have one of those running the Mobile Internet Resource Center. We much prefer spending our precious time on this planet enjoying it, not sitting at our desks preparing content :)

You are leaving because you want to do the great loop, it's completing a promise to yourselves. When you get up around Michigan let me know because it will be in the summer and I'm here every summer. Keep the good stuff coming guys.
