Agreed..that is not even his kid and she wasn't appreciative to this point, and only freed him from that sludge cage if he agreed to take them with him. He had to make a decision under duress and in a life or death situation. The thing is he was used to sailing alone for years and to have companions have mess up one's life. However;she did offer herself undressed but he didn't take it because he said "you"ve not nothing I need." Yelling at him:"MAYBE IF WE HAD SOME FOOD!" showed you how spoiled she was living in that floating atoll world. However;Jeane Tripplehorn in movie would be putting on my catamaran, end of story.

Part of the problem is that it became trendy to deride Waterworld and Kevin Costner's performance in it, which led to lots of sheep mocking the movie having never watched it. The Simpsons parody (and others) hammered more nails into the coffin lid. Despite its drawbacks, there's plenty to appreciate if people give it a chance. You've got to admire its ambition if nothing else.

You can't just upload a ten-minute segment of copyright-protected material without first 'transforming' it. At the least, this will result in a copyright claim by the owner and the video being blocked in all or selective territories. Worst case scenario, you're hit with a copyright strike. Three of those and your account is nuked. I've spent weeks producing narrated review videos in the past and had the entire thing rejected for using a 13-second clip of a blockbuster movie. Reduce that to - say - 6 seconds of continuous footage and you might get away with it. There are no hard and fast rules so you have to use as little as possible to play it safe. The key is breaking it up so it's not flagged as unaltered material and automatically censored, which explains why 'talking head' critics so frequently flip back and forth between themselves and very brief clips.

It's more a case of what happens when you hack up and reassemble a scene to try to avoid copyright blocks. Use too much continuous footage and it tends to get flagged when you're dealing with blockbuster movies or anything that has previously been submitted to KZfaq's fingerprint database really.
