We'll. I'm enjoying a Mexican Lager . Dos Equis XX clone. It's 103 degrees here in Phoenix at 8 pm and I'm watching FUF in my garage door open. It got to 112 today. So 103 it's not bad. Cheers 🍻 🥵

I saw on instructions it says boil first, since you used the enhancer does that mean you don’t need to boil?

Could you use Amylo 300 enzyme with this kit.. how will it affect the flavor?

It would definitely be drier. A good chunk of the flavor comes from the flavor pack so it probably wouldn't be too bad. I'll have to give it a shot.
