Suckin' back a skulls light watching FuF. It's a good night! I'd love to see a G2G wheat beer. One of My favorites and love to play with my wheat recipes. WYeast American 1010 is a great yeast to play with! My suggestion for a new brew!

How about doing a brew with a kveik yeast? Maybe 2 identical brews, one low temp one high temp.

Good idea. I think I'd try dry Lutra since we sell so many of that strain. What style of beer?

Ive never seen a cold sparge..

Many people do it if they can't easily heat their sparge water. Only downside is that it takes longer to get to a boil. Cheers

@@Castlelanestudios from our experience you only lose a 1-2 gravity points. I think Brulosophy has an article on this that would go into more detail. Cheers
