In this video I am going to teach you how to make desserts made in little cups, ideal for events! You can make the preparations in advance and assemble them at the last minute, or you can also assemble and freeze them and have them ready for any occasion. We are going to make mascarpone cream desserts with red fruit candy and lemon mousse and red fruit candy desserts.
The size of the glasses will determine the portion, smaller glasses will allow diners to have more than one and try variety, larger glasses will make each person consume only one, you choose.
The idea is that, in each bite, the person takes a little from each layer, a little cream, a little crunch, a little vanilla, a little sweet, to give the mouth a feast of textures and flavors. These individual desserts in cups are made to awaken the senses! NOT TO BE MISSED !!! Here are the ingredients of the recipe:
Ingredients:
Vanilla biscuit:
4 eggs
100 gr sugar
100 gr flour 0000 (all purpose flour)
1 tsp vanilla essence
powdered sugar c / n

Glasses of Mascarpone and red berries
Mascarpone cream:
450 gr mascarpone cheese
170 gr whipped cream (3 / 4pts)
150 gr sugar
5 gr unflavored gelatin
25 gr water
Glasses of Lemon Mousse and red berries
Lemon Curd:
6 egg yolks
2 eggs
200 gr sugar
zest of 3 lemons
120 gr lemon juice
240 gr butter
Italian meringue:
80 gr clear
160 gr of sugar
Decoration: French meringue flowers
Sweet or red fruit jam
simple syrup (50 gr sugar in 100 gr water)
For the base: Crumble / Streussel or broken cookies
Cake layer: Vanilla / Genoise or pionono
